Sheraton Jacksonville Hotel

Room wasn't the cleanest, shower was gross, it was intensely noisy, and someone tried to bust into my room while I was there. Glad it was only a one night stay but I wouldn't stay again. The front desk staff I met were not friendly or inviting.

Second stay. Room was extremely clean. The beds were a little worn, but still an excellent stay. The young melanated women was exceptional. She was professional and helpful. Her energy was a great start to our stay.

This cannot be a 4 stars hotel; it doesn’t even qualify for a 2 stars. It’s loud. No insulation. You can everything above you and in the hallways. The bathrooms are not very clean. Human hair can be see. In the shower and throughout the bathroom. The towels are so old and almost gray in color. The carpet has stains so did the walls. If you are someone who value your money, time and quality, stay away from this hotel.

IDK, room needs better cleaning, linen on bed smelled with someone's body odor. Excellent towels but bathroom not clean. Never plan to stay there again.
