El hotel estaba bello la atención espectacular al igual q la limpieza no había un detalle la vista de la piscina era hermosa y acogedora se respiraba paz y tranquilidad en el restaurante la comida estaba esquista y el desayuno en el bufé era bastante amplio aunque el precio estaba un poco alto pero me encantó porque todo Asia un completo todo estaba cubierto al detalle y estaba ubicado en el dentro y la estación de trenes quedaba a 4 min por lo q cumplió mis espertativas

My honest review (no emotion) is as follows: I enjoyed the hotel. The price per night was reasonable. The staff seemed knowledgeable and professional. The parking is very limited when the hotel is full. We had to keep driving around the building until someone just happened to be leaving. They did not have enough pack and plays (cribs) so my twin 3 month olds slept on the floor on a pallet of covers I made. I should have brought my own, but I’ve never had a problem before so it crossed my mind. I did see a roach crawl on my wall my second night, which was disturbing. I called the front desk to express my concerns about the roach because my kids were on the floor, but they still didn’t have any cribs. The fitness center was nice and convenient. The bathrooms in the lobby were clean. The free breakfast had a lot of options.

Was a great hotel. Very friendly staff. The breakfast was also great. The only complaint from me is that they need to put 6 towels in the suite since it does sleep 6.

Hotel was clean and nice. Staff was really nice and made checking in smoothly room wasn’t ready to check in when arrived so they offered us late check out ! We definitely stay again

We were on the third floor and a bunch of kids were running around the hotel while their parents were in the common area, laughing and talking loud enough we could hear their conversations. No one thought from the staff to go ask them to quiet down. This wasn't at 8pm, it went on well into the morning (1am) Other than that everything was great.

Scenery, room and onsite hotel was great! our room was very cozy and clean. One exception though. The pool and jacuzzi really need a cleaning. The pool was murky, and the Jacuzzi had some type of white cream of the sorts floating in it.

The rooms are well beyond needing a refresh. A majority of the power outlets didn’t work, the AC ran full cold for our 2-day stay - ever got cool, and the bedding was worn out. I expected better for an Embassy Suites.
The atrium area is very noisy so refined l recommend you choose a room in the corners for quiet.
