Hilton Jacksonville at Mayo Clinic

Everything and everyone was wonderful! The room service food was excellent, and the breakfast buffet was great. The only downside was the AC. It took quite a while for the room to cool down, and there wasn’t much air circulation. Since we were only staying one night, we didn’t request a room change—but it’s something to be aware of.

Overall the hotel was very nice. The only negative was the mattress. It was pretty uncomfortable in my opinion.

I recently stayed at a Hilton hotel in Jacksonville, and I can honestly say it was one of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by how welcoming and professional the staff were. The receptionist made check-in smooth and effortless, setting a great tone for the stay. Throughout my visit, every staff member I interacted with was friendly, attentive, and genuinely seemed to care about providing excellent service. The waitress in particular stood out—she was warm, efficient, and made dining a really enjoyable experience. The overall atmosphere of the hotel was comfortable, clean, and well-maintained, which made it easy to relax and feel at home. It’s clear that a lot of attention goes into making guests feel valued. I absolutely loved my stay and would not hesitate to come back again. Highly recommend to anyone visiting Jacksonville!

This is a beautiful, new and modern Hilton. Staff was helpful and friendly. Stayed at Hilton on Mayo campus for ease of getting to appointment. You can leave your car parked at hotel and the free shuttle takes you right to the door of any Mayo building you need dropped off at. Saves time on looking for parking and walking to building for appointment. They have a bar if you choose to visit. A gorgeous outdoor pool. A wonderful breakfast for an additional cost, if wanting breakfast. Well worth the money. Very extensive offerings of food, all home cooked, not processed. We will be staying here for our next appointment visit. Nice, new, clean, and all beautifully decorated with upscale furnishings. 10/10 for our visit.

I had the pleasure of being checked in by a wonderful ambassador for Hilton, Harley. Her Customer Service skills were something straight out of an outstanding customer service training video! On my way out, I had the pleasure of meeting another Hilton ambassador, Monica. I am a business traveler, and I truly want to convey how incredibly genuine both of these ladies were. It’s what I refer to as “good old Customer Service” and that’s very hard to find these days.

Checkin was slow only because their systems were down due to internet being down. Everyone looking to checkin waited. However, the staff handled it with excellence and manually checked everyone in and walked us to our rooms. It truly was a technical issue that they had no control over. The rooms were very clean and comfortable.

Nice hotel, but disappointing service. I had to leave at 6:15 AM for an emergency and couldn't wait for the 6:30 breakfast I'd already paid for. I asked the attendant for just a coffee or a quick snack to go, but she refused and only gave me ice water. Not the best experience on a freezing cold morning!"
