We checked in late after a long drive. The desk attendant was very welcoming and sweet. When we got into our room we needed addition sheets and pillow as the bag was there for the pull out bed but it was empty. We attempted to call down to the desk however the phone was not working. We had to walk down and wait for them to get the needed items. When we went to settle in the TV was frozen and would not work. My son whet to let her know they phone nor the TV was working. They said they only thing they could do was move us. We just unpacked everything so we did not to do that. In the morning I found a wash cloth and a hand towel in the shower left from a previous guest. Breakfast was okay, the pancake machine that we were excited to try was not in service. The eggs were slimy and cold. These were all small things but added together left a lot to be desired overall.

No hot water for several days , When I called down to the front desk. To speak with someone about it they were rude to me and hung up on me . After the second day of no hot water, I had to cool down as a front desk again and they finally discovered that the water heater was turned off for my floor after two days and after me having to tell them.

This hotel was a perfect stop for a good night’s sleep after a long day of driving. The hotel is clean and the staff are incredibly friendly (we forgot a phone in our room and the woman cleaning the rooms came down the elevator after us to give it to us - such a lovely woman!!). It’s very conveniently located near the highway but we couldn’t hear it at night. I will definitely stay here again.

My family and I stayed here while traveling south for a rest and it was an amazing place to rest. The facility is super clean, very good staff, and the breakfast was perfect. I am impressed with the different options for breakfast compared to other Hotel chains and my kids loved the pancake option vs the waffle option for breakfast. IHG has high standards and this hotel lives up to it.

Was a nivel experience like before. I will suggest trash can on floors hallway…there’s none.
Some accessories of the bathroom room needs be replaced. But overall, it was a good experience, specially the quality of cleaning 👍.

It was a nice clean hotel, the only problem is that i requested/reserved a room with a king size bed and instead got one with 2 queen sized beds. I wanted to have them fix it, but my boyfriend said to just keep the room that it would be too much trouble to go through all of that.

They stole my pillow!! I accidentally left my over $100 contour pillow and was going to have a friend pick up the next morning but when I called they claimed there was no pillow left behind. Translation…the cleaning crew either trashed it or one of them took it home.

Property only year old, shower moldy , soap dispensers ripped from wall. Hotel must have wooden floors - very noisy… could hear the people up stairs walking around all the time.
Breakfast was good, nice ladies working that area , also kept that area very clean.

The hotel was clean and nice but a hotel shower should have plenty of water pressure. The shower hardly put out enough water to rinse the soap off.
