I am not sure where all the positive reviews stayed but please read before you stay here! We went on the off season so place was pretty empty. The cabin they gave us was at the end and there was a flood almost to our porch due to the melting snow. Dog poop on the sidewalk. Plenty of other cabins available. Upon entering, the room smelled. I am in the habit of wiping all surfaces when going to a hotel. So we wiped down everything. All the surfaces were either dirty or sticky. The underside of the toilet seat was dirty also. It was obvious not cleaned. We went to heat up something in the microwave and it didn’t work. I had to go to the office and they brought a new one. Then in the morning the coffee machine made one cup and stopped working. Blow dryer was smoking and not working either. Finally I wasn’t feeling well and when I went to sleep, I’m pretty sure the sheets were not changed. They did not smell clean. I tried not to think about it but itched all night. I asked if we could be refunded for the second night because we weren’t going to stay and was told they couldn’t refund any money.

We picked up our keys, parked the car & pulled our bags to our cabin. The 5 foot sidewalk to our cabin had not been shoveled of the 4” of recent snow. I went back to the office, asked to have our sidewalk shoveled. A worker came in about 5 minutes & shoveled the walk, leaving the snow on the 2 steps to the porch. I brushed that off as I could with my boots. The snow partially thawed and melted into the sidewalk. We had received a text from “our” concierge asking if we needed anything. I responded asking for Ice Melt so we didn’t get hurt falling on the icy steps and sidewalk. When we returned to our cabin a MINIMAL amount of Ice Melt had been scattered, as if management didn’t have enough to do it right. For the two days of our stay we dealt with icy steps & sidewalks. NOT SATISFACTORY. Breakfast was wonderful, except for two things: 1) cold coffee, and 2) steep steps to the breakfast room. Very difficult for my 81 year old husband with a cane to get up the steps - no alternate way to the breakfast room. That’s right - it’s 2024 & there is no way to get to breakfast without dealing with 8 or 9/steep steps. We have stayed here for years & this has always been a problem. But we like the property. Disappointing … for a lovely location with comfortable, quiet cabins.

Location is great, services are nice. I’ve stayed here a few times and found certain rooms better than others. Staying in lower level fire place room, while charming and spacious we could hear voices and walking from the upper units. The smaller rooms near the gym need updating and don’t have microwaves. The best rooms are the individual cabins. These rooms are detached from each other, providing a quieter, sleeping experience. They also have mini refrigerators and microwaves with coffee maker in each room. Robes and nice bath amenities as well as a comfortable bed are a plus. Hot tub is challenging to use in the winter if there is snow/ice on the walkway. Breakfast is included with a nice array of choices, which is a bonus. Bar/restaurant staff are nice, friendly, and very accommodating. I wish the resort recognized return guests as they do not have a frequent stayer program. They don’t offer room upgrades, or any accommodations for guests that are returning to the resort, which is my only disappointment.

This Inn was the perfect winter location for our family for a mid winter vacation. We all had our own king creekside cabin and loved watching the deer each morning. The staff could not have been better in helping us with touring suggestions. The shuttle made it so easy for us to get in and out of Jackson for dinners and shopping, we really didn't need to rent a car. The breakfasts were hearty and offered a good selection of pastries and fruit as well as hot breakfast items. We will definitely be back!

I actually decided to visit Jackson Hole because I saw an add for Rustic Creek Inn specifically. I thought it would be fantastic to stay on a nature reserve in a little private cabin and it DID NOT DISAPPOINT. The fresh snow around the creek, deer visitors, restaurant & bar, hot tub/sauna/heated pool, shuttle were all phenomenal. This IS the place to stay when you come here. Every day was perfect starting with a hot breakfast, grabbing a shuttle to our festivities, then coming back to grab dinner at the bar & restaurant and end the night in the hot tub watching the fresh snow fall. The Inn is also walking distance from the square so the location is perfect. Elk Refuge is right across from the hotel as well. My only tip to travelers: drinks at the bar are quite more expensive than other bars on the square save the best for last (end of the night) otherwise drinks are delicious. My one note to the hotel: everything was perfect minus the shower. Both shower heads the streams were so thin and so out of wack facing all directions and bleeding out onto the bathroom carpet that by the time the water reached my body it wasn’t hot and the stream only touched a little portion of the body at a time. But I’ll accept a bad shower experience if water is hot and everything else was perfect. But the shower heads, at least in 153 specifically, should be replaced/upgraded. Thank you guys for a memorable stay in Wyoming it was a dream and I definitely would come to stay again.

We had a Superior Creekside Dbl Queen Guestroom with fireplace and outside deck - best room type, with creek right outside the unit and nice mountain view. Try to get an upper floor unit which has the best views. Multiple fire pits on the property. Rustic charm. Cozy. Superbly clean and comfortable. Good food. Every staff member was friendly, professional, helpful. Nice amenities. Great location for hitting all the NP sites. I highly recommend this inn.

My wife and I stayed at the Rustic Inn for three days and it was an excellent experience. The physical facility, the cottage, the setting were all beautiful, clean, private and convenient to the business district in the town of Jackson. The front desk staff including Wyatt were very friendly and helpful as were the shuttle drivers whop took us back and forth to town in a matter of a few minutes. An overall carefree and great experience. This place was a real pleasure.

Stayed a few nights over Christmas in a double bed cabin. They are small and cozy with a robe to cut off the bathroom (toilet has a door). Has a central laundry room, however weren’t allowed to use it until check in (tried a couple hours early as we landed early and didn’t want to waste time at night) as per strict policy. Ensure to know exactly the location your rooms are on the map if you want a room that is actually creekside. And check the room size if your a family with lots of bags/kids. The surrounding areas are beautiful - especially if it’s snowed. The kids loved walking around the nature preserve and playing in the snow. Most of the front desk staff were friendly and helpful, and the dining staff were really accommodating. The included breakfast was reliable with lots of options to eat and drink. Location is across from the Elk Refuge which is good. Not quite in the middle of town so it’s quiet, but not too far away so it can be walked.

Great place to stay for a ski trip. My wife, teenage son, and myself stayed in a superior double queen guest room with fireplace. We found it to be plenty spacious enough for the 3 of us and all our ski stuff. We found the beds to be quite comfortable. The fireplace was nice to have in February and was great in helping us dry our ski clothes. All of the staff we interacted with were friendly and helpful. Wyatt at the front desk stuck out as particularly helpful. We had one minor issue with our shower/tub not draining. But it was addressed quickly. We found breakfast to be delicious and a good variety. There was a selection of eggs, potatoes, breakfast meats, pastries, bagels, fruits, and cereal. All the fuel we needed to hit the slopes. We found we could hit breakfast right at 7:00 and still have time to get back to the room to finish getting our ski gear on to catch the 8:00 ski shuttle. The ski shuttle was a medium size bus that was very comfortable with leather reclining seats. Stephanie was the operator all the days. She was safe, helpful, and quick to point out wildlife along the way. There are other ways to get to Jackson Hole Mountain Resort, but having the included shuttle on site was certainly a key amenity for our stay. The town shuttle (a large 15 passenger Mercedes van) was also very nice to have. While you can certainly walk to town square (and we did a few times), having the shuttle after a long day in the slopes was nice to have. The drivers (who were also the bellmen) were courteous and prompt. My wife enjoyed a spa treatment and the amenities of the spa as well.
