Location and staff at hotel were first class, room was a lovely size, comfy bed, but the bathroom fixings were loose, taps on the bath were coming off the wall, and the decor around the inside and outside of the hotel needed work and looked tired. Very limited menu and very late meal times for British people, starting at 8 30pm. Nowhere to buy snacks or a drink in the town or at the hotel until 8 30, you need to travel to Jaca. On a plus side there is secure parking in the underground carpark for our motorcycle and the area is very quiet.

The room was fine but there was not air conditioning and it was warm for October. It was explained that the room can only have AC or heating, not both. And since the weather was supposed to change to cool the had already switched the system to heat. Unfortunately when you turned on the AC it blew hot air. They gave us a fan but it was still very uncomfortable.

Let’s start at the beginning. 3 couples in our group. We went to our room and it was so full of live and dead flies that I started looking for a dead body. I opened the lone window ( Pyrenees in December) and after about 15 minutes the flies were gone and I swept up the dead ones. I turned on the TV and it didn’t work. The remote had to be replaced. Same with another couple in our party. Our TV had a bizarre plug, plugged into the back that didn’t match the input. We asked about “high speed internet” to be told there is no wifi in the hotel. The only way to get internet was to go to their internet room and hard wire into the net. By the way, you need to bring your own equipment to hard wire. The dinner meal was a disaster. The beef was unseasoned, boiled meat. Three of us had it and did not finish. The other three had the fish. None of the three ate more than two bites….these are Spaniards that love fish! The good things…breakfast was great and the staff was very kind.

Great place. We'll be back. What a shame the golf course is abandoned. But it's still worth it. Food is WAY over priced in their cafeteria/restaurant. We went into Jaca and enjoyed better food at a better price.

Et ok hotel, men beliggenhed absolut ikke som forventet.
Det ligger 15 min bilkørsel fra selve Jaca. I selve Badaguas er der hotellet, masser af ferielejligheder og 1 aktivitetcenter der kun hører til lejlighederne og en udtørret golfbane.
Selve hotellet er stille, værelset stort og dejligt, fint stort fitness med koldt drikkevand, pool også fin, ikke så ren, men ingen poolhåndklæder og der trænger meget til rengøring omkring pool og på trapper på hele hotellet.
Morgenmaden var ganske ok, spiste ikke i restauranten men fik øl og vin på terrassen, det koster så ekstra end hvis det var bestilt i baren.
Receptionisten der tjekkede også ind, havde meget svært ved at tale og forstå engelsk.
Jeg synes hotellet er dyrt i forhold til det man får.

El hotel se encuentra en una urbanización muy tranquila a 11 kilómetros de Jaca. Punto positivo para el personal de cafetería y desayunos que destacaron por su profesionalidad y amabilidad. Recomendaría reservar el alojamiento con el desayuno ya que por la zona no hay ningún sitio para desayunar. El buffet es bastante variado, merece la pena. Por otro lado, el spa no está incluido. Nosotros reservamos un circuito que costaba 30 euros y fue una buena inversión.
