Hotel is amazingly clean and the beds are super comfortable, breakfast was good. However give the buffet dinner a wide berth, not much to choose from, cold and pretty much terrible. We were there early and are used to Spanish food. The choice was spicy sausage or fish with chips. No vegetarian or vegan options. Ended up with lettuce, tomato and onion with bread, 20 euros each!

Although the room was comfortable, the El Parque restuarant that on the website said was open at 8.00pm it was closed! The main restuarant food didn't look very appetising at all with minimal choice.

We were disappointed that the bar and restaurant were closed but enjoyed the walk around town to find alternatives. Cleanliness was satisfactory.
Breakfast was disappointing compared to other hotels on our trip.

very good option to stay in Jaca. Lovely rooms with plenty space.
The hotel itself, the small city of Jaca and the region allow plenty options concerning culture, hiking, climbing, sports.......we would appreciate to come again!!!

Really poor hotel obviously focussed on pensioner bus trips. Rooms small and beds uncomfortable. Breakfast was ok but don't try anything that was cooked as it was very poor. Waiter managing the dining room at breakfast was probably the rudest member of hotel staff I have encountered anywhere in the world

Balcony room was excellent although had to get the maid to set the A/C as I couldn't fathom it!. Comfortable bed, pool (if it was warm enough). Short walk to lots of bars and restaurants. Safe and secure parking for my motorbike. Evening meal was absolutely excellent!
