I recently had the delight of staying at Izu Marriott, and I must say, it was a truly wonderful experience. From the moment I arrived, I was blown away by the stunning location of the hotel. Nestled in the picturesque town of Izu, the hotel is surrounded by stunning natural beauty. The hotel itself is equally impressive. It is well-designed and beautifully decorated, creating a relaxing and inviting atmosphere. The rooms are spacious and luxurious, with all the amenities you could need for a comfortable stay. What really stood out to me, however, was the exceptional service provided by the staff at Izu Marriott. They were incredibly polite and accommodating, going above and beyond to ensure that I had a memorable stay. Whether I needed recommendations for local attractions or assistance with my room, the staff was always available and eager to help. Especially thank Roshan and the front desk team, who provide exceptional service to us.

■ Location 　Take a bus (220 yen cash only) from Shuzenji Station and get off at Miyukibashi, 2-3 minutes. The other side across the new bridge along the Katsura River. The scenery might be beautiful during autumn leaves. ■Nearby Attractions We recommend going to Niji no Sato on a free electric bicycle. The bicycle was also made by Panasonic and was new, and it was powerful even on the slopes. You can get there in about 20 minutes. At Niji no Sato, you can enjoy steam locomotives and views of Mt. Fuji. Also, if you have a receipt for staying at Shuzenji Onsen, Niji no Sato will give you a 30% discount. ■ Room 　The room was spacious and the bed was set on tatami mats, so it was comfortable to sleep. It was nice to have a humidifier. ■ Meals Buffet style with a competitive number of items. If you are with children, you can enjoy it in an entertainment mood. It might be more fun if you make it a fair specification such as cotton candy. On the contrary, it is a mess, so it is not recommended for those who want to enjoy it slowly or emphasize the atmosphere. ■ Amenities 　In front of the Daily Yamazaki convenience store in the ryokan, you can take whatever you want as much as you like. I think that management efforts to reduce personnel and maintenance costs are rational, only for Obako Hotel. I think the service of choosing a yukata is very good. Wouldn't it be nice to have a special yukata for a fee? If there is a design that looks good on Instagram. ■ Hospitality 　The check-in time was around 17:00, so I contacted them in advance. At that time, there are only two dinners at 18:00 and 18:30, and the 19:45 two-part system is not being done at this time, so I hurried to the hotel without eating lunch. At the front desk of the inn, it was said that after 18:00, there would be a two-part system at 19:30, and there was a discrepancy between the phone and time. Although I complained about it, the woman at the reception was indifferent, with no apology or confirmation, whether the complaint was a daily occurrence. Perhaps the person on the phone misunderstood and told the time, but I asked if there was 19:45, and although I insisted that it was not, I regret that I told the wrong time. . I can't help but make a mistake, but I was disappointed because there was no follow-up at the reception.

　The first time we chose the back of the inn at Shuzenji Onsen, it was the Yukoro Kikuya. It is located almost in the center of the hot spring town of Shuzenji, and if you follow the prefectural road that runs through the northern bank of the Katsura River, there is an entrance to the inn, and there is a parking lot next to it. From the entrance to the main body of the inn, you will pass over the lobby built on the bridge over the Katsura River. Check-in is done on the sofa in this lobby, so you can see the Katsura River from just above the river. As the name ”Yu Corridor” suggests, many hot water areas are connected by long corridors. From those hot springs, I could see the beautiful garden of the inn. The dinner I was looking forward to was called ”Quasi Sakana Kaiseki”, and I was able to choose some dishes as I liked. We were two of us, and we dared to eat different dishes, but each dish looked beautiful and very delicious. Our accommodation plan was a plan to have draft beer free in the private lounge, so we had draft beer in the hot spring and relaxed.

Shuzenji Onsen is more beautiful than other hot spring areas in Izu. The hot spring culture has a long history and has a stronger sense of tourism and vacation. Next time, I will go to Asabaro and Kikuya to experience Arai Hotel. There are more than ten buildings, large and small, which are historical buildings, especially the large bath bath, which is very old and beautiful. This alone is worth the twists and turns of the internal wooden structure corridor and the scenery of ancient trees and koi embellishments. The service has no bright spots, not even comparable to my last hotel, Inatori Ginsuisou, nor the Hoshino World. The food is even more ordinary porcelain. There is a tea bar for guests to enjoy. The coffee and tea are charged. People have to go to work. The room by the Katsura River is very noisy and the curtains are not blackout The hotel didn't think about providing earplugs and eye masks. Fortunately, I brought them myself, otherwise I would definitely not be able to fall asleep. The service level of the hotel is far lower than that of Crane Yafu Mansion, but the price is not as high as theirs. The only hotel that is a cultural relic is well maintained Shuzenji Onsen will come again Arai will not live again. There is no other pleasant place except for the buildings built by previous generations to appreciate. The high score is also for their Inatori Ginsui Village. This is a hotel attached to the golf course, so there are no other facilities. The location is on the mountain and it takes 10 minutes to drive. There is no convenience store nearby. So please buy everything you need before going up the mountain. Remember to book dinner. The restaurant does not do individual guests. The large bath has Lufu Hot Springs and the environment is very good, but be careful of wild rhubarb peaks or other insects. If you are here to play, it is no problem. But pure accommodation or want to enjoy the hot springs, it is recommended to consider other hotels. Hotel staff speak Japanese and cannot communicate with outsiders. The view is wide, and you can see the tip of Mount Fuji and a golf course from the balcony. Because it is in the mountains, the traffic is more inconvenient, but the hotel has a shuttle bus. In addition, there are many bugs in the mountains, so be careful to close doors and windows. It takes about 18 minutes by car from Shuzenji Station. I especially want to praise Ctrip’s service. We were not convenient to play with our luggage. We contacted Ctrip’s customer service, helped contact the hotel’s shuttle bus driver, and helped us transport the luggage to the room in advance. And I asked for some room facilities information, and Ctrip went to verify it immediately, which was very efficient. The water is clear, and the temperature is not too hot and too wet. I used it in the morning in the rental state, but this is also a luxury time. The cherry blossom rental open-air bath has two types: ”urara no Yu” and ”nukumi no Yu”. It costs 45 minutes and 2200 yen, but I think you can experience it once. The facilities are even more beautiful. There is also an inner hot water in the space made of wood, and you can spend an elegant time watching the sea in the open air outside. Of course, there is a good washroom. Unlike the public bath, this is a little hot because of the hot water of the water. If you stay at Shuzenji for more than 3 nights, this is a good choice. If only 2 nights, it is recommended to stay in a spa town. Although the hotel has a shuttle bus, it still has a distance from the center. The hotel is very old and was once an upscale hotel. There is a sense of crossing in the living, many parent-child activities can participate, and in the mountains, you can take a walk on the mountain to participate in activities. The hot springs are not amazing, it is not bad. Breakfast did not come up to eat, dinner is a buffet, there are not many varieties, but the products can be produced. And the service is really good. In general, it won't let you down.

This hotel is my favorite hotel during my free trip in Japan. Although the location is not so good, I was pleasantly surprised when I arrived at the hotel. It is very Japanese. I stayed in a room with an open-air bath with my family. First of all, I was very satisfied with the food, as the other reviews. I was always able to get the best dishes in the state of being able to get them to the pace here. Of course, the dishes for children were as great as adults without any help. As for the hot springs, the open-air bath with good spring quality and sea view was the best. The room was perfectly spacious and clean and comfortable with 12 tatami mats, 6 tatami mats and 3 tatami mats. Finally, the wonderful place of this inn is the wonderful place where the hospitality spirit is wonderful. I felt warm and attentive everywhere.
