I've been traveling a lot in the past couple months and by far, this has been my favorite place. it's clean, comfortable with nice, spacious rooms but the best is the staff. They went above and beyond everything to make me feel welcome and cared for, I have never experienced just kindness and care in any hotel I've been to. this is always gonna be my go to hotel in Mexico City from now on

We arrived very late, the room was quite good, there was a room in the room that there was already a guest, the room card could not be swiped, the front desk did not find a problem, let the guests repeatedly run several times to swipe the room card. The service work is not fine enough.
