Stayed here 2 nights for close proximity to a conference. Located adjacent to train station, bus and taxi rank. Noise not an issue. The hotel is old, basic but agreeable for the price. The room is smallish, especially the bathroom. The bed is quite comfortable. Complimentary toiletries are good quality. Breakfast is included. It’s traditional japanese. Grandma in the kitchen is worth price of admission alone. Her enthusiasm is admirable. Proper machine coffee. There’s some good eating options within a few mins walk. And a terrific little whiskey bar run by lovely old couple. Situated down a side alley, if you can find it - follow small purple sign on main street.

It is a new and clean building in a hotel located in front of the station. The parking lot is on the back side beyond the track, so it is close by foot, but it takes about 10 minutes by car. If you go by car, it is recommended to stop in front of the hotel and then move to the parking lot after receiving the explanation. The room was small but new and clean, and the water pressure of the hot water was good. It seems to be a business hotel, so if you can choose, the room away from the elevator is recommended. If you stay in the front room, you can hear the voice guide at the arrival of the elevator. There was a public bus and it was good to put it in the foot. It was a little disappointing that I couldn't use it because I had a large powder room at present. There was a little trouble about the parking fee, but I was very polite in the exchange by the phone. The hotel that responds firmly at such a time can stay with peace of mind. I will do it here if I go nearby again.

I had a job in fukuroi city and stayed here. Close to national Route 1, access to Iwata city and fukuroi city is good, and there are restaurants and convenience stores around the hotel, very convenient location ^_^ There is also a large bath in artificial hot springs, which healed the fatigue of work! There were coin laundry, vending machines and restaurants, and the staff were polite and nice. The room is a bit small but clean and clean. It is a recommended hotel if you stay overnight.

This time, I went to my wife's parents' house by car to take a break from a long-distance drive. The room was extremely small, and the meals were very simple. However, the reason why we were able to check out comfortably was that although the building itself was old, it was kept clean. I got it, so please eat it if you like it.” The staff also constantly asks, ”If there's something you're missing...”, addressed to guests at check-in and check-out. The casual messages, etc., conveyed the hard work of ”I hope you will use it again next time.” Our hobby is traveling, and we mainly use luxury hotels with five or six stars in Japan and overseas, but it has been a long time since we have been able to stay as comfortably and stress-free as this time at Meijiya. bottom. I was happy with the warmth that large hotels and luxury hotels do not have. Thank you to everyone at Meijiya.

We stayed at this hotel for one night, we were on the 40th floor and we could see the city and the sea in the distance. The hotel rooms are comfortable, of course, not spacious, we felt the big bed in the room was low and hard, the room was small, and if you open two suitcases, one of them would definitely block the door. Okura, a resounding name, is bringing high prices and lacks some details we feel should be in a five-star hotel. Although they offer high-end cosmetics, there is a small piece of soap and two large towels plus a small towel, which is really too little for a room for two guests. The restaurant in the hotel building is a bit too much, we saw 3 Japanese restaurants, 2 Chinese restaurants and 2 Italian restaurants. Most restaurants are above the 30th floor and as we know, the price on the menu reflects the height here. Our Figaro restaurant on the second floor (Figaro restaurant) had a buffet. The buffet provided various cuisines, beautifully sold, well stocked and of good quality. We had a bottle of French wine with the restaurant's signature, which also had the Okura logo on it, I confirmed that the wine was really good, of course, the price was the same as everything under the name ”Okura”. Breakfast was also eaten there, the variety and quality of the breakfast were very good. Wired internet is provided in the room and free unlimited use. Disappointingly, there are few free channels available on the phone, English channels CNN. There is no direct bus from the Shinkansen station to the hotel. It feels really long to walk on the rugged trail with luggage. Although the suitcase has wheels, it is really uncomfortable to walk with luggage. Of course, this is not the hotel's fault, but for guests with luggage, this road is very important. I suggest you take a taxi through this small section, hoping that the taxi driver will not refuse to carry passengers. Staff were very helpful and polite, but most people didn’t speak very good English. Nevertheless, it wasn’t a big impact when we stayed here. Overall, a pleasant stay.

Stayed on the Executive Floor. Very clean, comfortable, firm and wide double bed with somewhat hard pillows. The room was spacious with a nice desk and rolling chair, and another wooden chair with a back massage pillow. Wifi was stable. Pajamas were thick. Declined the daily cleaning, however housekeeping staff hooked a bag of fresh towels, pajama set, green tea and bottled water to the door each day. Safety box above a small fridge. Amenity station in the lobby with assorted bath salts and other supplies. Also, liked the blackout shades that converted to a gentle screen. Check out the daily Happy Hour from 5 - 8pm just before dusk to have a pretty view of Hamamatsu station as the sun goes down. Had a variety of drinks, alcohol and rice cracker snacks. Overall, a great, convenient location. The annoying thing was I kept hearing faint knocking sounds from the plumbing or vents throughout my week long stay. For light sleepers, this can be a deciding factor. Will try another hotel next time.

Following Utsunomiya, there was a woman-like hair in the bathtub this time as well. I couldn't confirm it and stored hot water as it was, so I moved it to the wall and contacted the front desk. I was proposed to change the room, but I stayed for consecutive nights. I was worried that I would feel bad, but it was comfortable as usual except that. Hotel location is good, the railway station takes the bus in 5 minutes. Multiple buses can arrive, many shifts, it is convenient There are not many hotel rooms. My family and I stayed at the Hotel Concorde for 5 days in August, and we enjoyed a lovely and very memorable experience during our stay. The lobby is very big, but furniture and decor is a little dated and could do with an eventual renovation. A good front desk/reception staff is the hallmark of a great hotel. As non-Japanese visitors to a less frequented area of Japan, we expected to have some difficulties communicating in Hamamatsu. Though this was largely the case, we were pleasantly surprised at the lengths hotel staff would go to in order to ensure we had a good experience. We arrived at around noon, earlier than the supposed 3pm check-in time. Our luggage from Tokyo had been sent via luggage delivery service, and the front desk informed us that all our luggage would be kept securely in the room and would be available upon check-in. We passed the time in the hotel restaurant - understandably, some staff could not understand us at first but made every possible effort to try and communicate with us. The hotel restaurant (which also serves daily buffet breakfast, lunch, and à la carte dinner) had a decent selection and we found it sufficient for our needs. Upon check-in at 3pm, we received complimentary water bottles and a single physical key to our room. Unfortunately, this is the only key, making staying in a room with other people a little inconvenient. Elevators are fast and frequent, offering access to coin laundry, food and beverage vending machines, ice machines, an unagi and a Japanese restaurant, as well as guest rooms. An amenity station is provided at the entrance to each floor, where guests can help themselves to instant tea and coffee, toiletries, and even a clothing press. Rooms are basic but clean and practical. Adapters are provided upon request. There are robes and slippers within the drawers, a bag for dirty towels, and tea bags. One feature my family appreciated was a laundry status channel on the television, in which guests can see which laundry machines are in use, and how much time each has left. Our room had an amazing view of the Hamamatsu City Hall and the Hamamatsu Castle. The housekeeping schedule can be variable - there was one day where the maids were just getting started on our room at 3pm. However, cleaning seems to be fast and efficient. In terms of location, we eventually settled on the Hotel Concorde due to its proximity to a friend's apartment. It is about a 15-minute walk from the Hamamatsu train station. A Family Mart is located just across the street, and there is a beautiful Starbucks location in the Hamamatsu Castle park. Taxis don't seem to pass by the area too often, but hotel staff can always make a call for you. Though there isn't a large selection of restaurants nearby, most locations are within a 10-minute walk. I want to highlight and commend the efforts of the front desk staff. Despite the large language barrier, each person was friendly and welcoming, greeting us whenever we passed by the l

I stayed at the Dormy Inn for 3 nights during the rugby World Cup. First let me state that there is very little to do in Kakegawa apart from visiting the castle, so if you are heading here as a tourist there are probably better places to stay. Back to the hotel ! I arrived a little early (around 12) and my room was not available , so I had to leave my bags in reception and wait until around 3pm to get my key. There was no issue with the language barrier. The hotel is not far from the station with a 10 minute walk along the main road getting you there. The room itself was average size for Japan, but the outlook from the window was pretty bleak onto a back alley. However, it was clean and comfortable there were no issues with the exception of the pillows which were rock hard. All amenities were available in the room although the sink being in the bedroom rather than the shower area was a little strange. The Wi-fi was perfect, but dont look for any English language station on the TV as there was none. In terms of restaurant, there is one for breakfast with a reasonable selection of both Western and Japanese food. I never saw it open during the day or evening. However, as a bonus it does open up around 9.30 in the evening with free ramen noodles for the hungry. Coffee is always available on demand in the foyer which is another good point. On top of the hotel is a typical Japanese thermal bath...great for the aches after a busy day ! All in all a good hotel for the price.....

GGuest UserWe drove to the station at night. The location was in front of the station, but there was still a vacancy in the parking lot, so we were lucky to park the car right next to the hotel. 1F We will make the accounting at the front desk first. There was an elevator in a good location with a good view of the same floor, and it was installed next to it with tea packs, bathing agents and color 々. The breakfast hall is on the same floor, and it is easy to understand for the first time, and it is easy to see, so I thought it was a good construction on crime prevention. The room is a spacious twin. I was worried about the cheap plan, but it was an ordinary clean room. However, the room is shaped, it is difficult to go to the back bed, and multiple outlets that would have been in the place where they wanted to use are covered with covers (the number of 5 ~ 6) There was a little worry, but it was a level that I thought the room was better at all than small. No soundproofing and light shielding were problematic, the bed was large and I could sleep well. Breakfast is a Viking. It's like a local wife's hand cooking, and I'm sorry. I arrived at the table at the back window, but outside the window, people on the way to the station were walking toward this side. It was a little embarrassing. Before staying, the price was cheap and uneasy, but I didn't feel any dissatisfaction. I would like to stay again if I have a chance.
