Valoro de forma excelente la atención del personal, la ubicación y el desayuno. Las instalaciones son malas, imposible descansar en la cama, el bidet no funcionaba y el grifo de la ducha transmitía una leve electricidad al tocarlo.

Eu tive uma excelente experiência nesse hotel, o pessoa da recepção foi muito solícito comigo, a todo momento se preocupavam com a limpeza do quarto e se tinha alguma outra demanda. Talvez a única questão é o café da manhã ser em um outro hotel, e com bastante lotação para se servir. Excelente localização!

Positivos
- A localização do hotel é boa, fica a uma quadra da Praia Central de BC;
- Os cômodos são limpos (o nosso quarto estava ok pelo menos)
Negativos
- A cama estava BEM usada (vários rasgos), travesseiro nem espuma tinha mais, vaso sanitário com problema na descarga, quarto pequeno, cobertas velhas;
- chuveiro não esquenta muito;
É um hotel propício para quem quer ir só pra dormir, e quer algo bem localizado.
O café da manhã não é servido no hotel, e sim, no hotel ao lado (variedade razoável).
