chegamos no hotel para fazer check in e o hotel informou que o cartao tinha sido recusado e nao havia cobrança a reserva. mostrei a minha fatura do cartao com o debito e mesmo assim queriam cobrar novamente. achei um absurdo isso. tive que entrar em contato com a trip.com para resolver o problema que era pra eles resolverem. no final acou dando tudo certo.

Excellent Hotel, Location is perfect! Literally in front of Brava Beach, next to bars and restaurants. The swimming pool is amazing and the breakfast is delicious! It is probably the best hotel I have ever been in Balneario Camboriu! I will definitely come back!

Poderia ter sido perfeita....
O hotel possui estrutura nova e apartamentos modernos, mas a experiência deixou a desejar. O atendimento foi pouco acolhedor, com equipe despreparada e sem informações básicas.
O café da manhã foi o ponto mais fraco: itens doces em excesso, opções salgadas de baixa qualidade, reposição desorganizada e equipe sem preparo. A apresentação dos alimentos também não agradou.
A TV do quarto dependia de internet, que apresentou instabilidade, o que dificultou o entretenimento para nossa filha de 5 anos — algo que impacta bastante para quem viaja com crianças.
Apesar do bom potencial, faltam ajustes importantes na operação e no cuidado com os hóspedes.
