The location is very good but most of the people who work there do not speak the English language. The biggest advantage of this hotel is the sauna and lobby area where you can rest. Breakfast is fine, but dinner can be better. We came to check in the area while it was extremely cold outside and we stood in front of the checking desk, I felt cold air coming from the ceiling AC and we felt even worse. There is a fan inside the elevator which I personally do not like during cold weather, but generally speaking the hotel is good. I came to this hotel with my girlfriend and I got out single so I do not recommend it for couples

Accessing the hotel from the airport is a little inconvenient, as the best way there by road includes a ferry. The location felt safe. The room was spacious and clean. The lighting, however, left the room a bit dark. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. If I visit Navegantes again, I would definitely stay here.

The hotel rooms are pretty good. Itajai is a small city, and most of the basic hotels are near the port of Navegantes. There is no authentic Chinese food in the city. You can choose to eat at the hotel. There is a buffet at night, which costs about 60-70 reais per person. The breakfast is pretty good.
