Park Hyatt Properties in Istanbul

We visited during Chinese New Year, and we already knew beforehand that this hotel was under Salt Bae's brand. Although the hotel is small, it's very refined. The room, as always, aligned with the Hyatt Park's style, and it even had a steam room (though you have to stand while steaming, apparently! 😳). The male team leader at the front desk who checked us in was exceptionally good. The welcome drink, a rose apple tea, was also delicious. There was a chubby male server in the breakfast restaurant who was also very nice. He offered us a local specialty snack, cheese and spinach pancake, which was freshly made by a local chef. When the server saw that we really liked it, he even proactively offered us a second portion. Unfortunately, the chef had the day off the next morning, so we couldn't have it again, which was a bit of a shame. On a side note, the waffles and muffins at breakfast were the best I've ever had in my life! This trip was truly worth it.
