Mercure Hotels in Istanbul

Most of the sockets in the room are broken. The detergent dispensers (one for all occasions) barely work. Some of the lamps are broken. Everything else is fine.

Great hotel and service, but do not come here if you have a car; there is no parking. We had to park far away and pay extra money, but the guys at reception were helpful and carried our large 6 luggages from where we had parked. Hotel was clean, breakfast was decent, and location is amazing, easy walk to Topakapi Palace, Hagia Sophia, Blue Mosque, and Grand Bazaar.

This hotel is located central to everything, walking distance to the shopping mall, not far from Kadikoy if you love shopping. Its just a taxi ride away from everything. If you want hospitality & service at its best you should choose this hotel. Staff are friendly and helpful. Highly recommended for long stays.

Very old building.. tight rooms.. I think all accor may have to change this building for 4 star. Location about 13km to fatih and taksim.. But place is ok alot of shops nearby and resturants and cafes . No security guard Only reception. Breakfast almost the same every day Staff very helpful..thank you..

This room is small, but the biggest advantage is that it is close to the company. It is very convenient to walk more than 100 meters to the company! There is less food around this place.

We loved the amenities of the hotel. They took carefully our request. I'd like to point out two things; we asked for 2 pax breakfast package for early check-out. Although they promised to do it so, the night shift didn't even have any idea regarding the breakfast package. The hotel's entrance is located on the right side of the Pullman and due to there is no sign for the entrance, it is a little difficult to find it.
