We stayed here as a family and chose the hotel due to its location and also the Hilton brand. Every aspect and element of our stay was outstanding; from the welcome and check in process, the concierge, housekeeping, catering and reception desk - all outstanding and so detailed in the service they give to hosts. We particularly liked this hotel because whilst it's located in the old down district, it's amenities are highly modern, crisp and contemporary. We really enjoyed dining on the roof top terrace, adorned with an array of beautiful flowers and a cosmopolitan vibe. On Friday evenings the live music performance by a guitarist and singer made for a lovely dining experience complemented with delicious food (the tiramasu was one of the best I've ever had!). Our particular thanks to Gonca and the breakfast team for going out of their way to make us very well looked after and adorning our baby with love and lots of attention. We will most certainly return and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay in Istanbul - you will be very pleased

The hotel is a little old, but the service is really good. We booked room No. 4. We arrived at the hotel in the early morning of the 4th. The front desk saw that we were tired and let us check in. The room was cleaned every day and our scattered luggage was packed very well. I will definitely book this hotel again when I come to Istanbul again

Seven Hills Palace & Spa is a wonderful hotel! The service is personal and attentive, and the facilities are very beautiful. We booked a Deluxe Sea View room overlooking the Bosphorous and the outdoor pool on the ground floor, which was very nice. They also have a sauna and steam room available to guests at no charge for 30 minutes each day. Do remember to pre-book. The restaurant on the property is called Vitale and you will not get a better meal in Istanbul! The breakfast is also expansive and includes traditional Turkish breakfast dishes. The only reason I am giving 4 stars instead of 5 is that I feel the hotel is a bit over-priced for the accommodations. Our room was quite small and I had hoped for a balcony after paying a lot more for a Deluxe Sea View room. We stayed at another hotel in Istanbul that was half the price with same level of service and arguably better facilities, and also closer to the attractions in Sultanahmet. Again, I cannot fault Seven Hills for anything during our stay, but the price is very high considering the facilities.

Holiday Inn Istanbul City, an exceptional hotel, IHG Group! We stayed there in June 2022, 9 days! ABSOLUTELY FABULOUS reception staff!!! We received, as it was my birthday, a business room of 55 square meters! With living room, bedroom, exceptional! Pool view! Also, the cleanliness is 100%! Very good location, right in the tram station, which has a separate line, so transport is not limited by road congestion. A bit disturbing is the fact that, sometimes, we had to leave the pool at 3 or 4 p.m. because sometimes they had wedding parties organized in the pool area. But these parties are very nice, not disturbing, because at 11 pm they were over. It is very easy to reach Florya beach, in approx. 30 minutes by MetroBus. We recommend!

Pluses: - comfortable big rooms; - perfect location - next to Istiklal famous street and Taksim square is just 10 minutes walk; a lot of restaurants, shops around; 5 minutes walk to Galata tower; - very good service; - ok breakfast (selection could be better) - but service is amazing. Attentive and fast. Special thanks to Eren - surprised with very good service. Please keep him. - 18th floor have amazing restaurant with city view; - ok small gym; - nice outdoor pool. Minuses: - amenties sometimes have some issues - like windows lockers, lights. Before rooms are given to clients - would recommend to check. In general would recommend and i would be back.

Emre was very professional, helpful and acknowledged me as a Diamond member. Throughout my stay, he graciously assisted me with any questions that I had along with providing me with recommendations for sightseeing and restaurants. Ali and Emirhan were also very helpful and gracious as well. They introduced me to Levent, their manager. I was able to let Levent know how happy I was with Emre, Ali and Emirhan's helpfulness, professionalism and level of service! Additionally, I had the pleasure to meet Esref Gun, the Banquet Manager. Esref is definitely a valuable resource to the Hilton Kozyatagi! He personally sought me out in the restaurant to introduce himself and offer his assistance during my stay as well as gave me beautiful fresh fruit plates and beverages that were delivered to my room. His graciousness and hospitality were so appreciated. The fresh fruit plates were such a nice touch and something I will always remember! The Executive Lounge and restaurant staff were amazing! Meryem, in the Executive Lounge, was so attentive, pleasant and hospitable! The restaurant staff were equally as attentive, pleasant and hospitable! Miroy and Burak were so attentive and friendly! And Neslihon, the breakfast chef, was so good! She actually remembered my omelet each morning without me having to ask. The food that was served in the Executive Lounge and restaurant for breakfast was absolutely delicious and of the highest quality! Honestly, the best food that I have ever experienced at a Hilton Hotel! My compliments to Esref to his banquet team of chefs, as well as to the Executive Lounge and restaurant staff!

Not a good hotel, but the best one 😀 I wanted to stay more in this IHG Property to experience more of their hospitality. Their employees are very keen on details. Delivered what has been promised and you can feel their teamwork and love for their respective tasks. Sumptous food, lots of varieties, so tasty, room is very clean, washroom also you cannot detect dust to be honest and comfortable pillows and bed I had the best sleep with this hotel during my entire holidays in Turkey. The location is just perfect to stay away in the busy central area of Kadikoy. Friendly hotel Chauffeur also available and helped me a lot to go to airport with the best price and very safe. Highly recommended, special mention to Erbal and Omer. Thanks again for the wonderful short stay.

This hotel stay was very good. The breakfast was amazing. Very large spread of food items to choose. Every day they change some items. Everyone enjoys the breakfasts. Families and friends. Staff at breakfast service are excellent. Overall good service. If any issues just call the reception and they will try best to assist. We chose this hotel because is was good prices during the peak july summer month. It also has fitness centre. We also were careful to choose room with shower alone and not bathtub. Also, the hotel was very good on booking.com chat. They answered all my questions on the chat. Perfect location near to taksim and istiklal walking street. Many nearby restaurants and supermarkets open till late night. Not boring area. Booked again for an august stay. Thank you Nippon Team. See you soon.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here, could not have asked for better. The staff took good care of us, all were very friendly and helpful. Our room had a view of the Sea of Marmara, Kadikoy, Harem station and the European side including Topkapi palace. - simply fantastic. The room was clean, and practical and large enough for three adults to move around comfortably. The beds were comfortable and suitable for our very tall family! The pool on the roof was small (there’s also a larger indoor pool), but a welcoming feature to allow you to unwind after a long day of sight seeing or just to spend some time sunbathing and cooling off (again, the views were amazing). Breakfast was excellent, everything you could possibly want was on offer, but I have to say that the omelettes needed a little work, they were on the dry side. Other than that all the food was top quality. The location is probably the best part about this hotel, it’s away from the hustle and bustle of the European side, but has excellent access to the metro, taxis, ferries, buses, dolmus’s and even a tram. You can be in the thick of sight seeing in a matter of 15-20 minutes by ferry! The price was also reasonable, so much so that there is little point in staying at the more expensive hotels on the European side - it just makes sense to stay here! Overall, loved this hotel and hopefully will be staying here again. Thanks DT Hilton team for making our stay a great one.

There are more pros than cons, but there are cons. The hotel is composed of a number of independent houses, located on a public street, i.e., to go from one room to another or to the reception/restaurant, you have to go out to the street and go into another building. It is not cozy at all. The hotel is located at a stone's throw from the Topkapi Palace, the Hagia Sofia Mosque, the Blue Mosque and the Water Cistern. You walk less than 3 minutes to get to any of them. On the other hand, amid Istanbul’s traffic, the worst I have ever seen in my life, the traffic near the hotel is the worst of the worst. Very easy to get to the places I mentioned, a nightmare to get in and out of an extremely bad location traffic wise to the generally very bad traffic elsewhere in town. Rooms are decorated in Turkish style, spacious and modern. All convenience you would expect from an hotel of this category are available. Were it not for the location, it would not have been the best choice in my opinion.

The location is good. Walk to the right along the road in front of the hotel for 5 minutes, which is the entrance of the serkeci station of the marmara line. When going to the Asian airport, the two of them pulled one big and two small trolleys, took the marmara line for two stops, and then changed to the M4 subway for four stops. Exit at yenisahra and then change to S G-1 to the airport. Hotel location is good. 10 minutes walk to Sophia Cathedral. There are many restaurants nearby. Said to be a suite, in fact, there is no set, it is a small guest room, a bed, two armchairs and a small round table, plus a dressing table. From the room window you can see the Bosphorus and taksim area. The Turkish breakfast on the roof is ok. It is very pleasant to have breakfast, drink tea and watch the strait and the domes of the surrounding buildings.

We stayed here for 2 nights on business trip. We were upgraded to a superior room. Rooms: very spacious, beds are very comfortable, facilities are excellent, bathrooms are good. Staff: polite, professional, courteous and helpful. Breakfast: good, but I look forward to better. Gym and spa: excellent. Location: Convenient transportation, close to the airport, Istanbul shopping center, 212 direct shopping mall. Not far from the Forum Istanbul shopping mall. Also connected to a small shopping mall with ATMs, hair salons and some good restaurants. If you are looking for a hotel close to the airport, I highly recommend this hotel: great location, great value for money!

We have stayed in Erboy hotel for 8 nights. In overall it was a really pleasant stay. I will just highlight what we liked and what we did not like or there is a room for improvement. Good: - Fresh and clean room. More of a smaller size but it has all you need. - Helpful and polite staff - Really great location, everything you need is in the walking distance. Don't be lazy and walk around =) - OK soundproofing, good with outside noise and ”ordinary” with inside noise. Not so good: - Our room was on the 6th floor and there is a terrace on the 7th floor, working until 23. That means that you will hear chairs ”squeaking”. - For some reason short beds - Breakfast was not great. Apart from the limited food selection I would point out really poor coffee. On our last day they have installed coffee machine which has powder coffee. We did not like filter coffee which was offered previous days but the one which came from this machine was just awful. @ Erboy, people have different tastes but if you will get more complaints I really suggest to invest in a good coffee machine.

The hotel is small, but the level of service was fantastic. The the staff all spoke English and were very helpful and friendly. The room where clean, We had a balcony room with a lovely view of the street. The breakfast was a typical Turkish breakfast. We enjoyed it. Specially the melon, feta and the cheese borek. It’s a few minute walk from the hustle and bustle of the Arasta bazaar and the Sultan Ahmet Park. I would book this hotel again.

In the past, the hotel did take the No. 12 bus, 85 lire, but there was still a 5-kilometer road to get off the bus. In addition, the hotel is very close to the scenic spot, that is, on the hillside, it is not easy to drag luggage up. The ground is uneven, and there will be traffic jams during the day. If you go by tram, you need to walk a long way, and it is not recommended for those with a lot of luggage. The hotel is headed down, and tourist attractions can be reached on foot. The front desk asked me to have breakfast directly and delivered it. Because it was too early, there was no room. The restaurant is on the 6th floor, and you can enjoy the cathedral. Almost all the nearby hotels are on the top floor as a restaurant, otherwise the only selling point is gone. This restaurant is also open to the public. The room is arranged on the 2nd floor and has no windows. The room is small and the ceiling is low. For me personally, it is depressing. There is a window that cannot be opened, and the window is also a wall. The highlight: good service. The nearby mosque will keep singing, and it is estimated that if you sleep, you will hear it. But I didn't stay that night, I left at 6 o'clock and changed hotels

Sitting on the rooftop just in time to enjoy the Blue Mosque (unfortunately has been repairing). The boss is very enthusiastic and will be enthusiastic about introducing fun places. The breakfast is quite rich: coffee, black tea, juice, boiled eggs, all kinds of nuts, fruits, bread... It is very comfortable for three days. If you want to visit the old town well, recommend it here.

We stayed in the Ottoman Hotel Imperial, an idyllic hotel, right alongside Aya Sofya, what could be more romantic! The staff were really helpful, especially the manager, Mr Serdar. We were recommended by the brothers Hasan and Ugur Karaca, from Heritage Nomadic Art store, underneath. All in all the trip was a success, good hotel and wonderful gifts in the store below!

Highly recommended, location: Istanbul - the core location of the old town tour. Opposite the window is the groundwater palace exit; another room window facing the Sofia Cathedral, 50 meters walk from the back door of the hotel is the exit and entrance of Topkapi Palace; the entrance to the hotel is 60 meters away from the entrance to the Sofia Church, the entrance to the church Close to the Blue Mosque and the Church Square; it is a century-old house in the old European district. It seems that the pedestrians who appear on the window are very European. In the morning, we walked along the wall of Topkapi Palace to the beach to see the locals swimming in the sea; visit the church, the palace, and the mosque; the hotel is very close, you can go back to the room and take a shower before you can go; see the pedestrians and dogs in the square in the afternoon. Dogs play; at night, the church and the square are dimly lit, and there are many barbecues and various food choices around the street. Look for locals to visit and enjoy the food. It is very convenient to live in the scenic spot; Hotel service: 8:00 early flight to the hotel, handsome guys chat for a while, help us to stay directly. Very enthusiastic. Hotel soft service is 5 star quality; the hotel has 2 free bicycles, and interested friends can cycle around Sofia Square. Hardware facilities: The rooms are not large. For those who are used to large-sized luxury houses, they should be mentally prepared in advance. It is difficult to expect large rooms in the old European city. The room area is in line with our expectations. The interior is equipped with fine details and various services, belonging to the boutique hotel. Breakfast: more abundant, there are questions about the degree of omelette and coffee juice, the service is 5 stars. During the period, there were lonely boasting people who performed similar rotating dance music. The next day, considering the need to go to the Grand Bazaar to facilitate the peninsula of another hotel in AJW, it turned out to be a mistake and should stay in the hotel for another night. AJWa is twice as expensive. In the vicinity of the Grand Bazaar, the interior decoration is luxurious, but it needs a very steep slope. It is very hard. It is a wholesaler of shoes. It is a bit messy at night. It is still a little worried to walk back to the alley of the hotel. .

Loved our stay at Turkey, the hotel’s close to a street full of restaurants and a bazaar (all of which are walking distance) which make mealtimes easy to plan around. A very short walking distance from Gülhane Park and the Archeological museum, alongside the Palace and a few different but gorgeous mosques, if you’re looking for a place to stay during a family trip with the main goal of sight-seeing this place is amazing. The general area is quite tourist-y, but that also means that venders and taxi drivers speak stronger English and tend to be more patient with directions and whatnot. It’s worth noting that it’s also in an older part of Istanbul, with beautifully stone paved roads and fascinating architecture. The rooms were a little small as mentioned by other reviews, but that’s the only thing separating this hotel from a “five star” establishment. All other hotels in this area have similar sizes as well, because they’ve reused old buildings instead of tearing them down to build new hotels. A slightly smaller room size is definitely nothing compared to it’s perfect location and quality of care. The hospitality was amazing. All of our questions were answered, we had a few cups of tea and sweets on the house, we were given directions and even helped with the booking of a cruise on the third night there. The cleaning staff were top-notch and breakfast was amazing. Our toddler was especially fond of the older gentleman who helped us at breakfast, which is telling as she’s usually quite shy. All in all, the feeling of this hotel was very warm. They made it seem as if it was a genuine pleasure to have us there, and we spoke to them as if they were our good friends, not service providers. Asking for help was easy, and they even helped us set up our wifi when I kept on typing the passwords wrong (the password provided was correct — I was just clumsy). The hotel was definitely the foundation of our wonderful experience at Turkey, and when we do visit the country again we’ll most definitely come back to this hotel.

Rooms are small but more than adequate and quite comfortable. 10 mins walk from Hagia Sofia and Blue Mosque, 20 mins walk to either Bazaar. 2mins to park, 20 mins to Bosphorus straight. Plenty of places to eat right there, and plenty of tourist shops. Venture a little further and you will find better priced meals than tourist areas. Would stay at this hotel again.

Hotel was booked via booking.com and payment method was selected as card. On arriving we were asked to pay in cash. On the question why it is so as we counted on card payment, receptionist told „we are not cooperating with booking”. We afraid that we will be charged twice so we changed payment method to another empty card and agreed to pay in cash. We counted that they will give us invoice so we can complain booking about this as the hotel is not following booking policy. So, once we payed cash they reject to provide any invoice so we suspect this guys avoiding taxes and putting money in the pocket cheating on tax office. When we checked in we spot they provided a room with 2 beds instead of 3 and it was smaller then the one we booked. They promised they will change it next morning but that was a lie. The next morning the guy told that all rooms „are the same” we asked him to prove that showing us other rooms and he told „no free rooms”. When needed receptionist pretends he does not speak english. I was asked to call the owner of the hotel (on my own btw) and talk about this. He responded once and promised everything will be ok. He lied as well and next time he did not pick up the phone. So, be aware this hotel consists of filthy liars. Cheating with payments and room conditions included.

Getting to the hotel. - take a cab from the airport we paid around 700 liras which is an average cost. We took a yellow cab. - The hotel staff were actually really amazing and very responsive. I was coordinating with the staff in the hotel via text and requested them to keep my room keys ready as I just needed to crash due to long travel. When I arrived they already had the keys ready and within 5 mins I was in my room. So amazing job for checking me in it was super easy. -The room is not very big atleast the one which I stayed in barely any space to move around in the room so you can just sleep. - The location is the highlight as you can just walk around to the main attractions. And the tram station is just next to the hotel. - Travelling around was very convenient which I always look for before booking any hotel. - Now The reason for me to give 3 stars is because of the toilet being dirty broken and also leaking toilet bowl the toilet cleanliness is the major requirement for me due to Hygiene purposes however the one in my room smelled bad and dirty which was a major flaw. Also on the first night the ac was not working and they informed us that they can’t fix it as it’s centralized ac which I understand as it’s technical stuff and can’t get a technician in the middle off the night , to our luck windows could be kept open and the weather was nice so AC issue didn’t affect us too much. BUT STILL THE TOILETS UHH I wish this could be taken care of. Apart from all this breakfast is ok not great not bad just ok. I would like to highlight the staff were really welcoming it’s just the wear and tear of the hotel. I hope this review would be helpful for whoever is about to visit.

We travel quite a bit as a family ( 2 children ages 7 and 12 ) but don’t always review. This hotel deserves every accolade we could provide. We had a family connecting room which was great and a perfect amount of space for all. Having two bathrooms was a real plus! Beds were comfortable and the room servicing was impeccable. The people go above and beyond, are incredibly kind and hospitable. The hotel is very well kept, clean, and has such a special charm. It is perfectly located to everything in the Old Town and has a beautiful terrace to sit on and enjoy the view of the Bosphorus. We would sit out at night and watch the sun set with a glass of wine and Fanta for the kids. The breakfast is wonderful and excellent quality. Have it included in your stay if you can. It is worth it. We search for great food and this exceeded our expectation. It is so fresh and changes daily. The staff is attentive and so helpful. The shop directly beside, Tencer Gift Shop is so wonderful. The owner is so kind and generous. We recommend getting something from him over the Grand Bazaar. Overall we had an incredible experience at this hotel and would recommend it to anyone! Thank you Sirkeci Mansion from the Canadian Family.

The restaurant bars very close to everywhere, the street is a historic building, but newly built interior furniture was very elegant our room was very clear to the historic peninsula all electrical equipment was working the bed was very comfortable ❤️ staff We wanted a nice green cafe gardens on the back of the rosary, ready for help. We wanted a nice breakfast. We wanted a good breakfast. It's all warm and it's very delicious. It's a business that you'll prefer to be in fashion for the first time you come to fashion like us.
