Good location with easy access to the pier and nearby food spots. The breakfast was nice with a great view. The hotel also provides convenient parking. I really enjoyed my stay and will definitely come again!

Incredibly nice and clean hotel with lots of extra provided amenities, such as towels, soap, shoe polish, slippers and a hair dryer. Safe and reliable holiday inn has delivered again

The hotel is good experience for money and overall I would recommend it to those travelling on budget. However, there are some minor things lacking in the room (eg chairs, plastic or ceramic cups, tissues). Would be nice if those could be added. The hotel seems to be recently renovated and it seems relatively fresh. The only real downside is how noisy the area is (it is one of the main roads of Kadikoy) and how little sound isolation is in the room, so you basically can hear everything from outside and it is difficult to sleep with that much noise. The staff was really nice and helpful, I appreciate their support.

We chose the Sirin hotel because we wanted to stay in Kadikoy. We got a nice spacious double standard room on the 4th floor with a large window. The room has been recently renovated, there are no extraneous odors, the room is very clean and bright. The staff is friendly and polite. We went to a neighboring hotel for breakfast. The breakfast is a buffet, varied, you can eat well in the morning. They even fried eggs. There were also boiled eggs, several types of cheese, sliced ​​sausage, fried sausages, lentil soup with vermicelli or bulgur, delicious! French fries, vegetables, biscuits, manna, cakes. Instant coffee, delicious tea, apples and oranges. We liked everything very much! At the hotel reception there is tea, water, coffee around the clock. But there is no kettle in the room. We recommend the hotel for an inexpensive and good holiday.

The staff were really nice... It was the best hotel I've ever been to, and I felt good because they spoke so simply. But the facilities.. are just average haha. But it has everything so it’s not inconvenient.. and the owner works hard to manage the hotel ㅇㅇ The breakfast was just... um... not bad, but the hotel owner was so nice and impressive that I couldn't leave a bad review.

The hotel is already old. Very poor breakfasts, there is really nothing to eat, I was left hungry. All the furniture is already worn out, but everything is clean and tidy. There are very few people in the hotel, a quiet place, so we did not hear anyone, although they write that the audibility is bad. We asked for a non-smoking room, there was no smell anywhere, probably again because no one lived nearby. One of the advantages is that the metro is right next door. But again, it takes about an hour to get to the tourist places) There are 2 good shopping centers nearby. In the closest one, across the road, there is an exchange office on the second floor.

The location is good, the seaview is great,you can walk along the seaside (very quiet and beautiful scenary)! The service is overall good, and the yongman named Mathew at the concierge desk is great, he is very warm and helpful! We really appreciate his helps. We will come back, if we visit Turkey again.

We were catfished by an Airbnb and needed a last minute room for the night. The Gates hôtel was convenient, clean, and had an easy check in process. Glad they were able to accommodate.

I left another review before. Gym is nice but hours are limited. They have music or a club playing so try to stay in the middle floors or it can be loud. The room is more than adequately sized. besides check in being a little bit rough and less friendly than I expect the rest of service was fine. Trip.com definitely had the best price. I tried to price match through going through their own site, but they would not price match Trip.com. Take public transport to European site is pretty easy and saves a ton of money

Everything was fine at the hotel, I even wanted to leave a positive review, but on the last day of my stay, just before checking out, a cockroach crawled out from under my bed. It seemed to be very clean in the room, but where this cockroach came from is a question for me. It was very unpleasant. Also, the hotel has terrible soundproofing, there is none at all. On the first day of my stay, one of the neighbors was banging on the doors in his room all evening, it was about 23:00. Then they continued at 3:00, I woke up from more slams of the neighboring door. Do not believe the reviews that write about good soundproofing - a complete lie. You can hear everything. I did not really interact with the staff, but in general they are polite and pleasant. Good location of the hotel. Next time I will hardly choose this hotel.
