The room was pretty basic. There were even some leftover cookies from the previous guest that hadn't been cleaned up. The location was good though, very convenient for getting around.

The hotel is so clean and fancy, and the employees are helpful and kind , espicially Mr.Darweesh , he was so nice and helpful

Very Average hotel compared to Marriott around the world we have stayed at , rooms are very tiny not recommended for families as there is no room to move stuff especially if with luggage . Location is good and some of the staff was really nice .

Extremely happy that I stumbled upon this hotel. Everything about this place was just amazing. - the room was just perfect, had the best sleep with their comfortable bed. BEST part, they have customisable pillows for you to use. - the gym, machines were new, clean and 🤩. I highly highly HIGHLY recommend this place if you’re in istanbul. I would come back to this place in a heartbeat ❤️

The room was nice. However, I found a piece of plastic in the breakfast mousse, which is completely unacceptable for a hotel of this caliber.

Our stay at The Westin Istanbul Nişantaşı was absolutely outstanding. The location is perfect, right in the heart of Nişantaşı, surrounded by boutique shops, cafes, and restaurants, and just a short drive from Taksim and the Bosphorus. It’s ideal for both leisure and business travelers who want to experience Istanbul’s most stylish neighborhood. Our room was spacious, beautifully designed, and extremely comfortable. The Heavenly Bed lived up to its name, easily one of the best sleeps we’ve had in a hotel. The room was equipped with modern amenities, including a large smart TV, Nespresso machine, and a luxurious bathroom with premium toiletries. The service was exceptional throughout. Every staff member was warm, professional, and always willing to go the extra mile to make our stay perfect. Check in was smooth, and the concierge team offered great recommendations for dining and sightseeing. Breakfast was another highlight, a delicious selection of Turkish and international options, fresh juices, and top-quality coffee served in a bright, elegant dining area. We also enjoyed the spa and fitness facilities, which were world class, clean, well equipped, and relaxing after a day of exploring the city. Overall, The Westin Istanbul Nişantaşı exceeded all expectations. It combines modern luxury, peaceful comfort, and warm hospitality in one of Istanbul’s best locations. I wish i had stayed at this hotel on my earlier visits to Istanbul. Perfect.

The hotel is overall nice. The first night was very bad for me as my room towards the main road and the traffic was noisy all night and no other room choice for me to swap that night. Fortunately, the staff were very friendly and helped me moved to a quiet room towards the garden from the 2nd night. Room service and facilities are excellent.

The service was just amazing....totally above and beyond. Everyone from the concierge, bell hop, front desk to the duty managers truly made us feel welcomed. Fantastic hospitality!
