Two metro stations away from the SAW airport. Free one way transfer to the airport is a plus. Good choice if you have a early outbound flight. Street noise was loud at night. The room was good size and clean. Shower head was not fixated which was annoying and inconvenient. The wall outside of elevator had water marks and the wall paint chipped off.

I thought the shuffle car from hotel to the airport is free if live in this hotel as an extra survice, but we were asked to pay for it when arriving the airport.

It was a nice stay, apt is really nice for 2 people, convenient, in a good location if you want to see Hamburg around.

The room was a bit noisy due to the location. Other than that, everything was okay.

I highly recommend this hotel! Clean, fresh, the rooms are beautiful, excellent furniture, comfortable beds, snow-white linen. There is a kettle, tea/coffee, mini-fridge, air conditioning, TV. The staff are wonderful, they provide the highest level of hospitality. The hotel is located 2 metro stops away, on the line that goes from the airport itself. Guests are provided with a free transfer back to the airport. This is an ideal place for transit of any duration.

The hotel has an airport drop-off service! He called a taxi to take you to the airport. The tea table was also very rich. The room was of a suitable size and it was very convenient to catch the flight.

The room size is OK, the location is OK, close to the M4 subway station, the house on the main road, the noise of vehicles driving is quite loud. The airport drop-off service is anytime, and the taxi service is available on call
