The family room was really spacious and even had a kitchen area. The hotel staff provided excellent service, always trying their best to meet any requests. The dining floor was beautiful, with a stunning ocean view that made meals extra special.

The hotel's location is excellent, right in the heart of Istiklal Avenue. It's close to the metro station and attractions. The hotel entrance is a bit hidden. I recommend staying in a sea view room, preferably facing the 5006 direction. If you're looking to save some money, a standard room is fine too; the breakfast is on the top floor and offers an even better view than the sea view rooms. The room itself was a little small and felt a bit cramped. However, it was very clean and tidy, and the service was excellent. There were a few minor issues: the bathroom door handle and various corners throughout the room were quite sharp and could easily cause scratches, so you need to be careful.

Overall, it felt a bit pricey, but the ocean view is probably worth it. It wasn't anything spectacular, and the breakfast was just okay, but eating breakfast with that ocean view was really nice.

Breakfast has a nice selection and a good view of the Bosphorus. Special mention to 2 staff: Miss Alev at the reception (very kind and accommodating to requests) and the lady waitress serving the buffet from 29 December 2025 to 01 Jan 2026 (she wears spectacles and looks a bit East Asian, she is very hardworking). Overall a good stay with helpful staff.

I spent two nights here, splitting my stay between an ocean-view room and a standard room. Both rooms were incredibly cozy for sleeping, and the air conditioners worked like a charm—they kept the temperature perfectly comfortable, making the rooms nice and warm even when it was raining outside, which was such a big plus. With police cars stationed downstairs on 24-hour duty, I felt totally safe throughout my stay. The only minor downside was a bit of nighttime noise from parties happening off the hotel premises, which I assume was down to the holiday period.

The hotel is located right at the main street in Galata district, near the tünnel and metro exit for convenient transportation. The staff is friendly and helpful. The room is spacious and well lit. There is also bottled water for guests.

The room was clean and tidy, and the service was warm and welcoming. The front desk staff and waiters spoke excellent English and proactively asked if we needed any help. The restaurant had a great location with beautiful views. Overall, a very pleasant experience!

The hotel was OK at best, should only be chosen for the location and the rooftop view from the restaurant. Rooms are very small and noisy

The hotel is at an amazing location meters away from the metro station and from all main sights. The view from the suite is incredible, you can see everything from Bosphorus to Galata Tower right from your room. The breakfasts are pretty good as well, everyone is guaranteed to find something they’ll like. Highly recommend this great hotel!

The hotel's location is super convenient, and the front desk staff are fluent in English with excellent attitudes. The breakfast setting here is absolutely stunning; I extended my stay for four nights just for the views, and ended up staying until I left Turkey.

Unbeatable Location just next to metro station, in the central with everything and walking distance to all major attractions and ferry. Kettle, socket next to bed , good lights. Nothing more to ask for kind and efficient staff. View at breakfast and birthday cake was a surprise. Highly recommended
