Very comfortable and peaceful environment . Excellent services.

The husband is honest and has a Edokko temperament, which is hard to hate. The room is nicely decorated. It doesn't show BBC, but it does show NHK, which is annoying.

Clean and tidy, with four floors, very close to the Blue Mosque and Hagia Sophia. The boss is nice. The building is also very quiet, and the bathroom facilities in the room are also good. Great value for money. There are small supermarkets nearby. The network signal is good. The soft bed in the room, white sheets, clean and rest assured😊

An ideal place to have a good rest and sleep in the fresh air, do not worry about freezing, as the hotel has independent heating, hot water and very responsible and friendly staff. I want to attract your attention. This is not a restaurant and does not have a reception set up a dining room.  on check-in and check-out days, it is possible to leave luggage for a period of time, which can also be discussed with the hotel management. 

The air conditioning in the room is very poor and the refrigeration effect is particularly poor. It feels like a sauna in the room. There is no elevator to climb the stairs. The hotel sells data cards which are very expensive. Don't buy them. If the room is not required to be cleaned, no one will clean it. Sometimes cleaning is required. Not cleaned yet.

The location is very good and near to Market and train station atmosphere in hotel is also very good I like it rooms are superb value for money

The absolute worst hotel I have ever stayed at. Was absolutely filthy. Sheets and bed covered it little hairs, disgusting stains on both mattresses, mould in shower, window that didn’t shut fully so you could always feel a draft, mould and rotten wood in the wardrobe, dirt and debris in all the drawers and surfaces, was given no toilet roll, towels reeked of bleach, headboard was missing a piece so you could see exposed wood and staples, mugs where dirty with stains and kettle was full of dirty water, not that it mattered because there was no tea, coffee or anything anyway. The shower was a joke, the pressure was absolutely awful, the shower door was missing the handle and you have to bend to use the shower head because it’s attached to the wall at a weird angle. We switched rooms and the second room ended up being even worse. We left first thing the next morning. Do not trust reviews on third party booking websites because after our stay, I can only assume they are fake.

The worst hotel experience I’ve had in 25 years of traveling I booked this budget B&B in Istanbul knowing it was low-cost, but what I experienced went beyond all negative expectations. The room I was given looked **nothing like the photos**: it had **no window, a bricked-up door**, and felt extremely claustrophobic. When I asked for clarification, I was told they had actually done me a favor by giving me a room with **three beds instead of one**, as if I were supposed to sleep in a different bed every few hours... No one on the staff — including the manager — spoke a single word of English**, nor did they show the slightest interest in understanding my dissatisfaction. On the contrary, the manager was **extremely arrogant and verbally aggressive**, even **pointing his finger in my face and yelling at me — all caught on surveillance cameras**. The situation escalated dangerously close to involving the police. Even though I had already paid for the full stay, I was kicked out of the hotel and left on the street with no assistance. The lack of courtesy, total disregard for the customer, and pure arrogance were beyond belief. In 25 years of international travel, I have never encountered such a humiliating and disgraceful experience. I strongly advise against staying at this place. I sincerely wish the management all the worst — it’s exactly what they deserve
