G Tower Furnished Apartment Rentals Istanbul

I stayed at the hotel without air conditioning, and it was bad. The staff's service was very poor and extremely rude.

Had to move countless times rooms with kicked in doors no fire strips round the doors up on 28th floor flooding shower bathroom floor uneven and broken celotaped mirrors neighbours moving furniture until 6am 2 nights some residents are long term hence nothing done. Fridge freezer not working only the light so all our food was binned meats cheese milk butter etc they compensated us with 3 pears and 3 tangerines. They were all sorry is all ok but done nothing. Asked for extra pillows as had surgery it was ticked off as being done but wasn't. Everything was a nightmare from the start no relaxing no recovery all stress and upset. Stayed 7 nights and couldn't wait to leave. Thankfully we are now checked into a nice hotel with no issues.

Bad experience staff were not so friendly or polite little rude at times. Apartment was not 5* the finishing touches were very poor! Plug sockets not working. No cooking equipment had to ask for fresh towels after 2 days. Major accident happened in shower where the glass door fell off and landed over my husband and cut him badly. No sorry or apologies moving room with zero help. Not impressed.

Nothing was working outdoor swimming pool indoor swimming pool ! A bit disappointed!

Really nice place to stay for a couple of days in Istanbul with family, and cooking-friendly to save more money on Travel.
