Prima net hotel.

The hotel is in a great location, a 10-minute walk from Independence Avenue. The top-floor room is large enough with a good view and good lighting. The room facilities are also new and clean. Overall, it is very convenient and comfortable.

The location is very convenient, the airport bus, the green line of the subway, or the cable car to take the boat and tram are very convenient. The staff is very enthusiastic and the service is very good. They provide adapters and wheelchairs, which is very good.

I was lucky to choose this small hotel, which was a bit beyond my expectations. The hotel is in a good location, and the design, service and scenery are all beautiful. I will stay there again next time.

I stayed in 7 hotels in Istanbul for 15 days. Because my wife and I wanted to stay in different hotels, I don't have the habit of reviewing hotels! But this hotel really disappointed me. I usually stay in branded hotels, but today I booked late and other hotels had no rooms. I saw that this hotel was 5-star, so I was in a hurry and booked it without checking the reviews! I summarized several points that disappointed me in this hotel: 1. The WIFI of the room I stayed in was very poor and kept interrupted, and the WiFi signal was not fully covered in such a small room, only 2 grids! As a foreigner, there is no way to use the Internet normally! 2. This room is really too small, there is no place to put luggage! 3. The bathroom is very small, the shower room and the washbasin are very small! And there is no bathtub. I really want to know where this 5-star rating standard comes from? I paid 5-star fees for a 3-star hotel! In summary, this is the most disappointing hotel I stayed in during my half-month trip to Istanbul!

The location of the Hotel is perfect, as it is just 5 minutes walk from Taksim Square. Hotel is pretty good, clean and has excellent staff. Rooms are nice, but the only negative is the small room size; it is best suited for a single person. Though we were only two, there was hardly any space to keep our bags; we had to empty the bags and stuff those things in the cupboard. Bathroom is spacious and very good. The front office staff are very professional and helpful; gave us some good tips for travel within Istanbul and also obliged to our request for a late checkout. They have a good restaurant. We tried their lunch and dinner. Food quality is good and so is service. Overall a good experience, if the room size can be overlooked.

Would highly recommend this boutique hotel. Spotlessly clean, well appointed with the most helpful staff. Our room was well appointed and extremely comfortable. Go for a Bosphorus view. The complimentary spa is well worth using. The restaurant is very pleasant with an excellent breakfast provided. They have a small dinner menu which is well presented and tasty. The situation near Taxsim Square is very handy for public transport and shopping. Other local hotels have good restaurants. Couldn’t fault it.

Jerry greeted us at check in and helped us figure out how to navigate around and discover the beautiful city of Istanbul! We had an amazing room, luxurious bedding, ultra modern bathroom with great amenities topped off with a fabulous view of the Bosphorus and city!! The breakfast buffet was scrumptious. We look forward to coming back one day and we would absolutely stay here again!!
