They are a bit annoying. Keep calling you to remind you that you have to leave the hotel before 12pm. I am a traveller and I am always aware of about hotel rules. They are quite unfriendly. I didn’t feel so comfortable.

1. We booked 2 rooms of the same standard-finally gave me and my husband a standard (smoky room), gave our friend a room without windows, and then changed it. But they replaced them with the least clean rooms: the entire bathroom was moldy, it was not pleasant to enter the shower, the shower gel jar was used by the people before us and was very dirty, there was no toilet paper at all, there was trash in the closet! Our friends are the same, very dirty!
Breakfast: no fruits, no pastries, messy distribution, no cups!

A very very vad experience, the air conditioning wasn’t working. The pool wasn’t open and the staff couldn’t help us. We wanted to check out the same day but the hotel wouldn’t accept a refund.

Hotel is definitely not a Four star hotel.
Pleasantly surprised by the standard and cleanliness of the bedroom, although the A/C didn’t work.
Breakfast has to be one of the worst ever, swimming pool was closed and we were informed that it doesn’t open until 10.30am
When it did eventually open, it was dirty with bird droppings in and around the pool area, a bar area with almost nothing available! I contacted the hotel on 3 separate occasions to arrange taxi transfers to & from the airport without any response. Shocking customer service.

i was in this hotel from 24 till 27 of may 2023,and my problem that they broke my bag before check out and go to the airport..and they refuse to check the cam to know who broke it during moving the bags from my room to the room near the reception and even dont care or call the manager to tell him my problem ,even the behavour was ignoring that they did a mistake ..i dont advice this hotel for anyone..

Choose this hotel if you want to have a very awful trip to Istanbul...Very rude staff...dirty room...loud noises from street...Dirty towels...Nonsense breakfast...There is nothing good to say...In an awful word ... do not ruin your trip...

Nice hotel, only 10min walking from the Blue Mosk
Beautiful and clean the only thing i was disappointed was that we received a twin room not a double as i booked.
