The location is perfect but I was given a different room and the laundry was so bad. A lot of noise coming from the top floor and cleaning staff was not that great. The guys in reception are really helpful and nice.

We stayed here for 3 nights ,friendly and welcoming stuff ,room was good size ,nice and clean with tea and coffee facilities,the only issue was not having an iron,breakfast could be better .highly recommend and would definitely visit again 🙂

Avoid this hotel with all costs.I booked a room for 2 people days with breakfeast,in the first morning my wife went to bufet and grab two coffes in our room.In 2 seconds phone rang in our room and someone from the staff startted to scream that we are not alowed to have breakfest because we didn t paid for.I talked to manager i show it my reservation on the phone with breakfeast included but he told me "i am sorrry i see on my computer room only without breakfest".In the second morning someone from the front desk rang the phone in our room at 6AM in the morning "by mistake".Staff is very rude and put me in a embarrasing situation.The wiew from the room is in an empty wall from the back yard.Also curly hair all over the bed and pillows.Avoid this hotel.

Okay, can stay for a day .better stay far from hagia sophia mosque

Clean and tidy, close to Binhai Avenue. Friendly and considerate service

Great location, close to everything, including attractions.

The room was simple, but the location was great and we had no problems.

A very cozy and comfortable hotel in the heart of Istanbul. Responsive and friendly staff.
