As a solo female traveller, I wanted somewhere where I could feel safe and comfortable and this hotel was just that. All the staff were helpful and welcoming, from the receptionists to the cleaners and kitchen staff. My room had everything I needed and was always cleaned well, breakfast was decent, and the staff were always willing to help me. The area is perfect as the tram is easily accessible and many places are within a walkable distance. Jamila, Khabib, Jihad, and the cleaners were a delight to meet and were very kind staff :).

Stayed 2 nights. Housekeeping just throws away the trash. The sheets and towels are still there. Wi-Fi is good. It's quiet outside, but you can hear the sounds inside the hotel. Breakfast was included, but there is no guide, and if you don't ask, they won't tell you the location. They will keep your luggage before check-in.
