Great stay, good location. Tasty breakfast every morning. Services were great throughout my stay particularly Beyzin. She was always polite and helpful at the main reception desk. Highly recommend.

We had a wonderful stay at the Sheraton Istanbul City Center. The staff were exceptionally hospitable and friendly, making us feel truly at home from the moment we arrived. The atmosphere was welcoming, the service attentive, and every interaction left us feeling valued. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Istanbul.

The hotel is nice, clean spacious rooms and renovated.
The staff are friendly and supportive.
Location is good and they have shuttle take you from hotel to taksim.
I definitely will stay here again.

Berrin at the desk is so helpful, thoughtful and extremely curious
Other staff at the from door and also the sure manage are all doing an amazing job , Beyza is great too at the deals
I extended my stay here for all this e reasons above

Very attentive and pleasant staff eager to please at all times. Spacious and clean room, very comfortable bed, pillows and bedding. Happy with our stay.

Verry noisy hotel cleaning staff slamming doors all morning. Also you can hear evrything from the other roooms
