It's very average. The room is generally older and the quilt is not very comfortable. The advantage is the location, close to the station, and the free breakfast is very good.
I took a photo of a single room and a standard room, but ended up getting two identical single rooms. I didn’t see any difference for the few extra dollars I spent.

Oda temiz ve ferahtı. Sadece havlu eksiği vardı. Onu da rica ettik hemen getirdiler. Resepsiyondaki arkadaşlar çok ilgiliydi. Bizimle ilgilenen Bel boyda ***et ilgiliydi. Lokasyonu çok iyi. Kahvaltıya 09.40 gibi inmiştik pek bişey kalmamıştı bişeyler istediğimizde (mesela çay gibi) biraz gergin duruyorlardı. Onun dışında tercih edilebilecek güzel bir otel

We stayed in a four bed room on the 5th floor. The room was clean enough but the workmanship on everything is a bit lacking.
The air con could have been more powerful.
The bathroom feels a bit dated and cpudndo with some work. The lights in the room are way too bright.
The breakfast selection was ok, could have a better selection.
The staff are very friendly and attentive and helpful
For the price you pay and it's location it is ok

The property was in the middle of the city and very much accessible to public transport. Because of that reason, we parked our car in the hotel parking and we used public transport every day which was very easy and convenient. I personally want to appreciate the hotel owner, sales manager, and other staff were very friendly and supportive. Their breakfast was really good.

It’s a wonderful hotel. Great location breakfast is good Very close to public transportation, shopping cafés, and restaurants everything that you want. It’s a perfect location I love Kadikoy and I will keep coming back to this area

The location of this hotel us fabulous. Easy access to all transport and in the heart of Kadikoy. Staff were very friendly especially Can and I was upgraded on arrival by him. Room size is good and bed comfortable and clean. Room service was good. Breakfast is included and a good range of Turkish style breakfast foods available. Not the most luxurious place I’ve stayed but excellent value for money. Thankyou.
