The rooms are smoky! For 4 times they gave a room where more or less! But all the same, it smells of cigarettes from the hood, it is not possible to breathe. Administrator , male aged ^very hospitable ^

Hotel was not bad . Friendly front desk staff, good breakfast but We had stuff stolen from room that We bought .
Very disappointed because our suitcases were messing stuff .
We spent a lots of time visiting the city but once We got back Home we found out that few gifts are missing period .
It is a big disappointment!!!!.

We stayed in this place as part of a group tour. Two nights initially and then one night at the end of the tour. The room at the end of the tour was better than the initial one. The review here is based on the initial two night stay. The room was grim. Both back legs of the only chair in the room were broken and the window was held open with a coathanger. One of the shower doors would barely move and the bathroom was so small that your knees ended up in the shower when using the toilet. We avoided touching the floor as it looked revolting. The walls are "waffer-thin" and we were kept awake until 1am by next door's television as were the occupants of the room on the other side of us - i.e. two rooms away. The only saving grace was the breakfast which was good - although the coffee was undrinkable.

The room is great looks just like in the pictures, location also great, the guy who works on breakfast ( maybe chef) is very kind like all staff here. You should just add more different food on breakfast😊

The worst hotel ever. Awful location. A long walk to the sights. Incredibly hard mattresses. Aircon didn’t work. Customer service severely lacking. Breakfast is poor. Just do not book here when there are so many others in Istanbul. A bad start to our holiday

Very poor sleep.Only one thin cotton sheet on bed.No blankets available at all.(They have centralised heating in winter)Stayed first two nights and final night of small group tour from UK.Took the antimacasar thingys off both beds,the bath towels and dressed in extra T shirts and leggings .Obviously temperature drops overnight and one is stationery in bed so although started off reasonably trussed up,(17 degrees in room)woke up at 3am to get more clothes on and socks! Lighting poor in both rooms.I moved a lamp.Some bulbs not working.. Good location,near tramstop,walking distance to old town . Amazing breakfast.Good choice ,including dates/figs/salads/eggs/cheese etc. WiFi worked well in room Some guests smoke in rooms. Traffic free road ,short walk to roadway.Staff helpful with bags. Would give better rating if blamkets and better lighting provided.

Good clean hotel they don't give water in room breakfast very good but for eggs u have to pay near to tram station good location value for money Reseption guy help to to book car for airport they r very helpful
