Horrible horrible. One, poorly maintained horrible unclean room. Arrived late so gave them even time to bring me a clean pillow and till the next day to speak to management. Then the receptionist came to bring a pillow at night then came in and tried to force his kiss on me, after pushing is chest twice and saying no, he left. Clearly visible on security cams. The management next day made me more uncomfortable by trying to buy my silence. i just wanted to leave so took back my money and they bribed me with a shot 200€!!! Horrible horrible place

Honestly i was worried at first cause it was the first time in istanbul. But the hotel was great, the staff are quick to help with your needs. I was there for a week and it was such a great stay. I would defo stay here again if i am in istanbul.

Very hard to stay there with family especially to access the place with children and packs. Taxi driver from airport put our 4 languages 100 meters away since the hotel is located on a mountain sournede by Very old roads with cars everywhere. It's hard to walk with children on the streets since they are to small. And there is no breakfast!

Zem been my home on and off more than 2 weeks. Friendly front stuff easy good clean room and good running water in teh shower. The best about this hotel is it is the centrifugal Istanbul you can walk many of the attractions in Istanbul. Yes it’s not 5 star hotel no breakfast or restaurant the hotel but your remember it is a budget hotel you can’t get any price like Zem the good things if you need breakfast or a big meal just a 100 meters away I don’t have any complaints about this hotel teh stuff is great they are helpful any stupid tourists question you had one thing teh tram line about 300 meters away it can take you many of teh City location definitely coming back again.

I’ve been staying in the hotel about a week I really likes it’s only 7 minutes by walking to the grand bazar and about 15 minutes to Hagia Sofia the location is good I loved the vibe of the hotel it’s modern and cute and so clean the staff so friendly they treat you like a friend not as client thank you very much you made my stay unforgettable 🤩

I stayed one night in this hotel. New building, new design, staff is very friendly. Only 5 minutes walk-away to tramvay street and Hippodrome and Sultanahmet area Rooms are comfortable and it was clean. Location is good.

SUPER HOTEL!!! there is no other way to say it! At first, according to reviews, we chose a hotel near Constantinople, but there was a problem with the reservation and they wanted to put us in a ba*****t without a window with wild humidity, since this wonderful hotel was 20 meters away! The first thing that bribed us was the Russian-speaking staff. And in general, the staff here probably plays the most important role - as they are surprisingly pleasant people, very responsive, responsible! This service deserves no less than 5 stars! They will help with everything, they will tell everything - they will show. I thank everyone from the bottom of my heart! The hotel is located in the center of all attractions, near a tram stop, excellent places where you can taste local cuisine and delicious delicious coffee is also brewed nearby! Delicious tea, coffee, water is always available in the hotel itself! Supermarkets and mini shops are also within walking distance. There is a wonderful laundress nearby, where they will quickly wash your clothes and iron them on request!) As you leave the hotel, you can see the sea, miracles - nothing else!) We went on my birthday and I was left with a very pleasant impression of the trip - where there are many played by the place where you live. Clean, comfortable, beautiful, homely.
