Location is great, about 50m from Gulhane tram station. Makes getting around very easy. Staff is friendly, place is clean. Had a pleasant 3 nights stay.

The undoubted advantage of this hotel is its location literally two steps away from the main attractions. You can get to those interesting places that are further away by transport - the tram stop is 100 meters from the hotel. I really liked the work of the receptionist - any questions were resolved clearly and promptly. The rooms are old, without frills, but they are kept in order - everything is clean, regular cleaning, plumbing works without failures. And the small size of the room gives it a certain coziness. Breakfasts are very simple, with a minimal, repeating from day to day choice, but quite satisfactory, if you do not find fault. In the end, we were pleased with the choice, service and attention of the staff.

The location is good because it is close to the tram station and tourist attractions such as Hagia Sophia and Topkapi. So it is easy to walk around and it is safe to travel alone because it is near a busy area. However, because it is in the old city center, the building itself is old and a little old. Other than that, the breakfast is delicious and good. The view from the breakfast is also great.

The building is said to be 700 years old. It was close to Piazza Navona, and there were delicious restaurants and tiramisu places nearby, so it was a comfortable stay. We didn't have breakfast, but there were many cafes around so it wasn't a problem. However, please note that it is a little far from Termini Station. It was very convenient because you can visit the Vatican, Trevi Fountain, Pantheon, Piazza di Spagna, etc. within walking distance.

It is inconvenient to use the hair dryer. It is a room with a window, but it is like this. The breakfast menu is similar every day. The facilities are old. The staff is friendly.

best of the best💣 I really liked the hotel, value for money. The room was standard for 2 people, very comfortable in size. The audibility in the room is strong, but this is the case in all hotels, so we didn’t even bother about it. I come to Istanbul 4 times and this hotel is the best in this valuable segment. The location is wonderful, cleaning every day, towels changed every day, breakfast on the luxurious veranda. The breakfasts are good for Istanbul, no frills, but you definitely won’t leave hungry. The entire staff is simply 🔥 - maids, administrators, reception ❤️. They respond to any requests immediately, they always try to help and please, they are very friendly and friendly. When leaving, we ordered “our” taxi, it arrived literally 5-10 minutes later, the price was even less than a transfer, not to mention a regular/city taxi. We will definitely come to you again 😍 THANK YOU FOR A WONDERFUL VACATION 😘

Gorgeous hotel and great location!!! Definitely recommend!!! Nice, clean rooms, cleaning every day. Free water for everyone, stable wifi! There is a travel company with a Russian girl right next to the hotel)) they will show you everything, tell you everything, very friendly!

I have only good impressions from the hotel. Decent price/quality ratio. The rooms are clean, not tired, everything you need is there. Breakfast on the roof is varied and the view of Hagia Sophia is breathtaking)
