When I checked in they asked 100 euro for deposit and then wen i checked out, they accused me of stealing the red wine from the mini bar in front of everyone. I keep saying I didn’t touch anything in the fridge but none of them believe me and said the red wine wasn’t there. They took my money for something I didn’t do!! I can not believe I got rob in bright day light by this so called 5 stars hotel! It’s only worth 3 stars as many things don’t work well like ac, dirty pool and jacuzzi etc etc. I warn yous done ever come to this hotel if u don’t want to get scammed!

My one-week stay at the Uranus Hotel was simply exceptional. The warm welcome from the staff, the convenient location of the establishment and the free access to the sauna greatly contributed to my comfort. The highlight was the quality massage parlor, offering total relaxation.

The front desk's English is weak, Ctrip's orders are slowly imported into the hotel system, and the check-in process takes a long time.

The location of the hotel is good, the room is not big, the two beds are relatively small, the toilet is compact, the shower is not so convenient, the restaurant is good, someone plays the cello, the atmosphere is good, the soup is delicious, and the bread is delicious. The breakfast is very rich, but when eating breakfast, I met a lot of people from a certain country who also live here, eating with their legs crossed, holding a plate and grabbing food while walking and eating, talking loudly, very noisy, such a crowd occupies More than half of the restaurant, to be honest, watching other people's feet eating makes people feel sick, and the dining experience loses points.
