The rooms are clean and the staff were absolutely amazing and helpful with everything. They helped us order Taxis, medicine from the pharmacy and even drove us to get money from the ATM machine. Breakfast was good as well. I recommend this hotel for the price and quality. It is 30 minutes away from most tourist attractions.

The hotel is 5 kilometers away from the city center, the location is a bit flat, there are many local shopping centers around, the price-performance ratio is slightly insufficient. But the hotel is located on a high ground, you can see the Bosphorus Strait, the top floor restaurant can overlook the surroundings, you feel high up, the front desk service is good, help to call a taxi.

Affordable and clean

Our room was shaking when the doors of the adjacent rooms were closed. The friend at the door didn't even help us with the luggage up to the room. There is no valet service. I guess there is zero interest.

The hotel is located in the middle of the commercial area, but you can walk to the city center in 5-8 minutes, where there are plenty of restaurants etc. You can get everywhere by taxi, bus, metro etc. According to my rating, the 4-star hotel deserves a maximum of 3 stars. The bed is big but not comfortable. Consists of two mattresses, so the two beds share and there is a large gap. The cleanliness in the shower is unacceptable, mold in the joints and on the silicone sealing. The breakfast is sufficient, every day a different soup, from different vegetables, fruit, Kelloggs, scrambled eggs etc. enough choice. Different types of tea, coffee, water etc. The service staff was very friendly. Overall, it's a bit high for the price range. Next time I would choose a different hotel.
