Service: I called in advance to confirm the room availability. I checked in at around 22:00 that night. The staff was very enthusiastic and gave each person a glass of apple juice.
Hygiene: The overall hotel hygiene is very good, and all the rooms are new.
Facilities: There are personal daily necessities in the room. I didn't go to the restaurant, swimming pool, or massage, so I don't know.
Environment: The hotel is located in the city, with a variety of travel routes. There are two shopping malls and a pedestrian street nearby. The room is close to the elevator, but there is no noise, and the sound insulation is also good. It is OK among hotels of the same price.

I stayed for a trip with my family, it was a connecting room, but 5 adults stayed comfortably, I liked everything. The staff was very friendly, the breakfast was excellent, and the rooms were very clean.

The location is near two big malls so you need no taxi to go , the rooms are pretty comfortable and clean some of them have sea view where you can see the port , the room services are exellent and available 24/7 , the breakfast is good and there’s a varity of options

My stay at Titanic Port Bakirkoy was for just 2 days. I chose this hotel because of its convenient location, close to the concert venue. Check-in took a little longer than expected due to a system issue, and we couldn’t pay for our stay immediately. However, after about 10 minutes, we were offered welcome drinks, and the check-in process was completed smoothly. The receptionist spoke good English, was friendly, and very helpful. The room was exactly as shown on the website, with a comfortable bed. I requested an orthopedic pillow, which arrived within 2 minutes. There were small welcome gestures, including chocolates and complimentary water, though the minibar was at an extra charge. The bathroom had high-quality toiletries, and the room was clean and well-maintained. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
