Nice reception area and nice staffs. Loved breakfast until I got some juice which was off. There is a lot of building work around and next to the hotel so it gets noisy and and dirty around the area. It was a very clean hotel great products for shower, very clean hotel newly built ( 2 years old in late June 2026) and rooms are good size and comfortable. Love fridge and air conditioning unfortunately no coffee machine and tea selection is very limited. Bottles of water are too small and considering summers are so hot you really need more water in rooms as we need it for the kettle and brushing our teeth. No windows in this room which is a bit claustrophobic

Very clean and fresh hotel. The personnel is well trained, unlike other hotels in Turkey. The room had very interesting design. In general, the hotel has a lot of trendy features, e.g. an old school BMW motorbike at the entrance. The area is quite calm. It takes only 5 mins to Galata Tower. The hotel is highly recommended!

The location is good and the hotel quite new. However, my stay did not match what I had booked. I reserved a room on an upper floor, but was instead given a room on level -1, next to the fitness area, with a view of a construction site in the inner courtyard and constant noise. Fortunately, trip.com intervened and arranged a room change and partial compensation. Nevertheless, the hotel should ensure that guests receive the room type they have booked and are pre-informed about any construction noise.

Great stay at Aloft Karaköy — the location is unbeatable, right in the heart of everything with easy access to public transportations, cafés, restaurants, and the major attractions. Service was great — staff were friendly, helpful, and made the stay smooth. However, the room layout wasn’t the most practical. There’s a large central structure in the middle of the room, which makes the space feel smaller and a bit cramped, especially if you have luggage. Recommend to ask for other rooms without this. Overall, still a comfortable and stylish stay for the location, but the room design could be more functional.
