Awesome service by the hotel staff. The location is excellent with easy access to many attractions. The breakfast spread was delicious and had great variety. Highly recommended!

Nice hotel and in a strategic place. It’s a walk distance to most of the famous tourism spots.. staffs were nice also

Hampton by Hilton Sirkeci
The staff had lost our clothes and refused to take any accountability and even went as far as not allowing me to take my own jacket back, they blamed us for not giving the room number for the jacket but we never asked them to do our laundry - the front desk receptionist Gokem was constantly raising his voice at us and telling us to leave after we told him that we were getting late for our flight. Extremely horrible service for a 4 star hotel and the doors do not fully lock.

The breakfast was amazing. Although there wasn’t a omelette stand, the waffle stand was great enough. The workers were really helpful here, they tried their best to suit our comfort. Our room had some issue with the AC but they sent a technician to check and it was solved awhile after.

I lost my money £180 during my stay there. One of the hotel staff went into my room while I was having breakfast. She definitely took my money. The hotel manager asked me not to report this case to police due to the hotel reputation. He is still employing the thief to work in that hotel. As a member of Hilton, I was so angry and disappointed with the unprofessionalism approach by the manager.
This experience has put me off stay in HILTON.
