Good hotel with quiet far location to the closest metro station.

The hotel's location is marked as being very close to the bus, a 2-3 minute walk, but it's actually on a hillside, so you have to take a long detour to find it. It was very tiring to carry your luggage. The hotel facilities are very good, the room is big enough, with everything you need, and the sanitary environment is good, but the air conditioner is too cold and the temperature cannot be adjusted. I asked the service staff but they couldn't adjust it. They said they would turn it off the next day, but no one cared and I couldn't turn it off myself. I was frozen for two nights (22 degrees). I was speechless. When I was leaving the next day, I hung a "Please Clean" sign on the door, but no one cared and there was no water. The service in this hotel is so bad that the good environment and facilities are wasted. Not recommended!

I liked the hotel. The rooms are good. Clean. No foreign smell. There was one minus. And we decided with it. It turns out that you can't bring food from delivery into your room. But after 2 minutes of talking, the staff allowed it. I hope the hotel management will make some decision. Either warn in advance and write about it in the description. Or don't forbid it. 😄 and so we are happy. I recommend it. The staff is very responsive, by the way.
