Bed was just average, not very good for a **** standard. Breakfast was mediocre. We had a hot tub which was nice, however the shower didn't work properly (very hard to adjust the temperature, either too hot or too cold). The gentleman on reception refused to give us a 2nd key card for our room (making some excuse about not having enough of them and being worried we'd lose it, as if an RFID card is something super valuable) so if one of us wanted to go out, we had to disturb the other to get back in. Lift looked modern, however I did get stuck in there once. The best thing about the hotel was the lady who was on night shift during our stay, who went the extra mile to make us feel welcome and comfortable. Free coffee and drinking water was nice. Overall a little disappointed though, don't know how this place can have 4.6/5 rating.

The service was great. We chose to stay one more night on the 5th floor. It's about a 1-kilometer walk to the scenic spot. There are places to eat downstairs. You can go to the top floor in the morning. Sometimes there are many seagulls.

An excellent hotel, located on the Kumkapi restaurant square, 15 minutes walk from the main attractions. Delicious varied breakfasts, tea/coffee around the clock, clean fresh rooms, WiFi throughout the entire hotel. There was one problem, a pipe burst and water began to leak into our room through the ventilation, the hotel staff helped us pack our things and move them to the hotel room opposite, which was also not bad, with fresh renovations, and even a balcony, they fixed all the problems overnight and the next morning They helped us move our things back, and to a room on the top floor overlooking the sea. The employees are very good, they will always come to the rescue, there is a Russian-speaking employee in the kitchen who comes to the rescue if there are problems with communication. Transfer from the hotel to the new airport is 1000 lire (30€), you can order and pay at the reception. Thanks to all the hotel staff, the holiday was a success, we will recommend this hotel to friends

The location is very good. In the European area, you can go to many attractions within walking distance. There are subways around and it is also very convenient to go to Taksim Square.

The boss was quite enthusiastic and helped with the luggage. The boss of a pomegranate juice shop next to the hotel was also very nice. The fresh juice I drank was the cheapest I had in Turkey. The breakfast was average. If you stay longer, you won't get water in the room. But if you ask, they will give it to you. It's ok.

It's very close to the main attractions and very convenient for traveling and eating.

It's convenient to go anywhere. The boss and staff are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is rich. There's a restaurant street downstairs. It's a little noisy at night, but it's acceptable. You can see the sea and the mosque from the rooftop, and the scenery is beautiful.

It's OK, it's OK, it's OK, the room is small

This is a lovely small hotel in the old town, Istanbul. The location is excellent, being within a short walking distance to a number of key places of interest, and easy access to trams and trains. There are a large number of cafes, restaurants, and bars in the immediate vicinity. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the staff are wonderful. The breakfast included a variety of freshly prepared options. Highly recommend.

My wife and I stayed at this hotel to visit Istanbul. It is well located at a short walking distance from main Istanbul attractions. Rooms are clean, wifi strong, breakfast rich and of good quality. Personnel at desk are extremely helpful,providing with a smile suggestions and services, such as reserving tables at restaurants and providing transfer to and from airports. Overall very good and convenient hotel at a reasonable cost.
