The hotel it’s very nice. The service is top. For the breakfast we have so much choice. Aysenur the hostess is very sweet friendly and very helpful. She helps me when I have some question and help me. I’am so happy what you have a personnel like this. See you soon.

Unfortunately, we had to stay at this hotel due to Turkish Airlines flight delays and cancellations. This is the hotel that Turkish Airlines provided for us. This hotel does not know anything about customer service. We arrived by bus along with other Turkish Airlines passengers. There was no pleasant greeting in the lobby. We had to sit and wait for the front desk team to scream out names. When your name was screamed out, you would approach the desk and, without a smile or any recognition of humanity, the hotel staff would give you your room key, explain the buffet time and tell you the ungodly hour you would have to wake up the next morning. While the rooms were large, they were not clean and there was a cigarette smell everywhere. The buffet was awful. With all the fresh and delicious produce available in Türkiye and with Turkish cuisine being among the best in the world whoever the cook is in this hotel they managed to make a disgrace of the food. It was embarrassing. I don’t think a street animal would have eaten from the buffet. Never in my life have I seen grey meat until I went to this buffet. We decided to eat in the restaurant downstairs, which frankly wasn’t much better. They also allow the smoking of hookah inside the restaurant which made for an unpleasant dining experience. Like many of the Turkish Airlines passengers staying here we had a 2 AM wake up call in order to make the shuttle back to the airport. In the lobby, there was no water, no coffee, no tea available for the passengers who are staying there. Everyone was directed to the Starbucks in the lobby. For many guests, this might be their only experience with Istanbul and with Türkiye. Turkish Airlines and La Quinta need to do better. This was a complete embarrassment.

Hotel with good location, not far away from my business partner, so it is easy for me to arrange schedule. Hotel room is comfortable and good sight view, buffet breakfast also good.

Amazing hotel and beautiful hotel. They are quite friendly and professional. The hotel is classic, beautiful indoors and outdoor pool, the ambiance is giving . Beautiful restaurant, and reception. Everything about the hotel is beautiful. Buffet breakfast very nice. I highly recommend it. The hotel is 50 minute's to Galata which is the most central area in Istanbul.Taxi charge about 550 to 600TL to Galata. They helped me decorate the room for my wife’s birthday. Though the charge was much.

Overall a lovely stay. A lots of pros- Great breakfast, friendly staff, 24hr gym, free parking, very safe. Booked a one day tour to Troy, got picked up and drop off at the hotel, saved 2 trips to the Istanbul city,a present surprise. Own experience - Location is far and not easily accessible from main tourist attractions. For self drive, the hotel is located next to a highway, if missed the turning, go around is 7 min. Baby pool was not open, swimming hat compulsory or can buy for 130TR from spa desk.

We took a getaway from our own country and came to Turkey and looked for a hotel to stay here. We chose this hotel as it had high Google scores. Pelinn, thank you really for everything. This girl does her job very well. Thank you for everything honey.

The welcome in my hotel was very laughing and beautiful. On Google Maps only, the location of the hotel is not up-to-date, it makes it difficult to find a place that can be found very easily ... The room is very modern and comfortable. I had to study because I had to get the training I needed for my job and it was very easy to find the table in the room to the table lamp. The things were very comfortable and modern because it was a new hotel. The small needs (both cotton, earwash) in every hotel are not in the room, it was stated when it was requested but I didn't need it because I brought it myself but I expected it to be a little more generous about it: ) I didn't find the breakfast very different, especially if you stay long, you can get tired after a while, but staff are laughing and respectful ... I think it's the best hotel to stay in the neighborhood where I find it because they offer me a comfortable business trip Thank you.

Nice hotel with good location next to metrobus station (florya), many restaurants and coffee shops around and shopping walking street about 5 minutes by foot, room service not much good every day they keep something less shampoo, soap or water should be one of them short each day, have swimming pool, gym, Turkish bath (hammas) and sauna
