While the rooms were spacious, the cleanliness was questionable, and the service was even worse. We had booked three double rooms via Ctrip and arrived to check in around 1 AM. The front desk staff could only locate two of our reservations, not the third. They were extremely unhelpful and impatient, even refusing to take calls from Ctrip representatives trying to assist. It took them over half an hour before they finally 'found' our missing reservation. One of our rooms, room 320, had sheets with visible bloodstains. We reported this to the front desk in the morning, requesting a change of linen. However, by the time we returned in the evening, the sheets were still unchanged. We were then moved to a different room. The breakfast was very basic and fell far short of what we've experienced at other hotels of comparable standard in Turkey.
