I was super pleased with our stay! We got a very reasonable price on our stay so I was a little nervous to see the place and I was so very happy we chose to stay here! The staff was great, the hotel was clean, and the location couldn’t have been better! The only complaint we had was the elevator took forever and was not air conditioned so we used the steps which the stairwells are also not air conditioned. They had maintenance people painting rooms and doors keeping the place looking nice so they definitely care about the look and they guests so hopefully they can help this in the near future… I looked at a crazy about of places before we booked and I read reviews on every single one so I hope to help someone else with reassurance that this is a great place to stay! 5 stars!

We stayed in an oceanfront room on the second floor. The room was very clean. The bed was super comfortable as were the pillows. The walk in shower and large vanity in the bathroom were definitely a plus. Also the shower head had great flow. The beach was a few steps away. The front desk personnel, Diane & Brandi, were both personable and hospitable. The continental breakfast was as expected with cereals, fruits and packaged choices along with coffee and juice. All vending machines we used and the ice machine worked fine. There are only a few parking spaces underneath the hotel but no worries, as they have an overflow parking lot right across the street. They describe the pool as a dipping pool and that was what it is which was fine for us. There are 2 very good restaurants across the street from the hotel that we tried. Acme Lowcountry Kitchen for dinner and Sea Biscuit Cafe for breakfast. Other places around the hotel as well featuring food and drink. Now for the not so good...the glass sliding door to the balcony was extremely hard to open. It did not slide. You had to jerk at the door to get it open enough to slip thru. You do share the balcony with the room next door. The curtains have nothing to help close them. We had to re-hook the curtains after pulling and pulling to close them. The concrete corridors need to be redone as they are peeling and cracked. The bar next door has live music Wednesday - Sunday. Live yes, good, no! The loudness would have been okay if the singing were good. If you are a hotel ”snob” then this is not your place to stay. If you are looking for a comfy place to rest your head in between your enjoying the beach, sights and cuisine then I highly recommend the Seaside Inn! Thank you to Diane & Brandi!

Always very clean, good smelling rooms in a quiet tranquil setting. Beds super comfy. Always able to sleep well. Staff very friendly and accommodating! We always travel with our dog (son) and it is so nice to not be stuck in typical doggy smelling not very nice pet friendly room. This hotel is always clean and fresh and not like that at all. We really appreciate that you allow our dog and hope you will continue to have a pet friendly policy. Very happy to have found d this hotel!!!

The room was clean as expected. The fact that they no longer clean and replace the towels daily was great to us. But for the price we paid we had the worst breakfast. I realize there is no kitchen in this facility and all they are capable of serving is pre made food that is reheated. However they have control over the quality of products. The worst eggs, not enough fruit for all the guests, the sausage and potatoes were also just warm. We have been staying at this hotel for twenty years since the family circle tennis which now is Credit one tennis was moved here. This will absolutely be our last stay.

We stayed for three days and it was almost perfect: 1. Good location, not far from major attractions; 2. Beautiful environment, adjacent to high-end community, surrounded by small lakes, convenient supermarkets and restaurants; The room is comfortable and clean; 4. Breakfast is very rich and the meal is fast; 5. All services are in place.

We are Diamond members and selected this hotel because it used the fewest number of points. This hotel is fresh, modern, clean and new. Standard rooms were surprisingly large. No microwave, but did have a refrigerator. We had no issues with nouse from nearby rooms or hallway and slept well both nights in room 427 (did not face the main road). Large lobby with great hangout areas, pool table, board games, snacks/drinks for purchase, included breakfast and coffe/tea available all day. There is a nice, large fitness center with precor treadmills/elliptical that included tv which allowed for several live tv choices and you could even access your Netflix account. Hotel location allowed for easy access to shopping, downtown, Boone Hall Plantation, Shem Creek Park, Palmetto Islands County Park and park under the bridge. We ate dinner at Basil one night (upscale, Thai) and had smoothies, wraps and salads at Tasi Bites and Blends for lunch the next day (about 6 min drive from hotel). Just know most of the soap, bodywash in room has a strong lemon smell, so bring your own if you don't like lemon. Shampoo and condition was supposed to be some sort of beach scent, but reminded me of sunscreen. There is a hair dryer in the room, small desk, upholstered chair, ample storage space and a few hangers available. Overall, a surprisingly great stay. All staff were really friendly and our family felt welcome just hanging out in the lobby to watch a football game, sip our wine and play pool. We needed some time away with all the Covid restrictions and this was perfect. Rooms were well sanitized and very clean... so seemed like housekeeping staff was great too. Very smooth check in, the check in staff is friendly and the check in was fast. The hotel room is like a studio apartment room with kitchenette and big refrigerator. We enjoyed our stay there.
