Unacceptable quality of hotel and level of customer service. Disgustingly arrogant attitude of hotel staff, from Check-In to Check-Out. No concept of customer service in this hotel. At Check-In was told with a haughty and arrogant pride that they are not an international standard hotel, but a Pakistani standard - which I found hilarious. The accommodation overall is shabby, worn and old, requiring a massive programme of maintenance and upgrading. there is absolutly no pride in the cleanliness, neatness and just basic quality of fittings, fixtures or amenities. This hotel's staff think its enough to bow at you and salute you to achieve customer service! How laughable. First room given to us was DISGUSTING. Not cleaned correctly, hair all over the bathroom, and a blocked shower drain. Asked that they change our room and re-clean it in front of our eyes - the second room was arguably worse - cracked glass in the bathroom door with sharp edges, electric lamps that were not wired correctly and you could see the sparks when switching it on or off. Room heating worked then didn't work - the engineer was called multiple times but could not fix the problem. There were 2 complimentary water bottles but neither a single tea bag nor a kettle in sight. Bathroom was just OK with rotten and broken mirror frame, sharp edges and a very very worn condition. A generally dirty and grimy floor, meant we kept our shoes on all the time. Thankfuly the bed mattress seemed to allow a decent nights sleep! Breakfast was very basic and typical poor Pakistani fare, entirely unappetising - and included the obligatory Pakistani habit of cleaning staff mopping the floor around your feet as you are serving yourself. Check-out was an expected shambles with taxi booking, bell-calls and invoice requests unanswered, luckily I expected such hopeless service levels and made alternative arrangements for transfer to the airport. What an entirely forgettable and poor experience, will never make the mistake of returning here.

My grand daughter and I spent three weeks exploring northern Pakistan together. Our first two and last two nights in the country were spent in the Bella hotel Islamabad. What a grand hotel to be welcomed into after two long flights. I highly recommend the Bella.

After landing yesterday, I looked at several platforms and finally chose this store. I thought the owner was quite nice. So I am here to evaluate it specifically. The first point: be careful (After placing the order, the store owner called me back immediately to confirm the order information and check-in time. Hearing that I was coming by plane, he roughly determined the pick-up time with me. Super nice) Point 2: Patience (After landing, the boss came to pick me up immediately and immediately asked to take my luggage because I had a lot of luggage. In the end, the boss was very gentlemanly and helped me take my luggage, which was super nice) The third point: the hardware facilities are very good. When we were picked up, a particularly clean business car was arranged to take us back to the hotel. Islamabad is really hot. I was sweating immediately after landing. Of course I had to take a shower immediately after returning to the hotel. The room was fully equipped with disposable items. The bedding has been tested with UV light and is quite clean. Definitely replace it often. The toiletries are all branded, not random brands, and they are quite good. Remarkable Point 4: The ticket the boss gave me was much higher than the ticket at our airport. UnionPay cards cannot be used here. Saved us a lot of time and money. Point 5: The journey from the airport to the hotel felt very chaotic. It was not until I arrived at this hotel that I felt particularly safe and at ease. After asking the boss, he told us that this is equivalent to a wealthy area. After observing the police in the hotel, it was indeed quite safe. There were three or four of them. It feels very safe and secure Sixth: The network here is very poor. The hotel WIFI is very good. It’s no problem to post videos on Xiaohongshu. nice Seventh: It is very close to Chinese supermarkets and local big cities, about five minutes away. I actually saw Huawei’s Pakistan headquarters Eighth: The hotel provides three meals. Surprisingly the chef is Chinese. That's great. Love Chinese food All in all, highly recommended, family members. Similar to domestic apartments, business suites are about 80 square meters, with 2 bedrooms, living room, dining room, kitchen, master bathroom and public bathroom (no shower). However, there is a bedroom that is a servant's or driver's room, which is very small and only depends on the equipment room, so the noise is relatively loud. The main thing here is convenience, there are dining and shopping downstairs. Sanitation and facilities are at the domestic three-star level.

The location is generally good in downtown Islamabad. As the weather got colder, I made good use of the indoor heater and hot water. However, although it was clearly said to be non-smoking, some rooms did not allow smoking but instead allowed snoring, which was different from what I saw on the website. But overall, I thought it was reasonable for the price.
