Best staff ever!!! The food is exquisite!! Wonderful accommodations and the word’s best spa. Hands down one of the best ‘quieter’ places in all of Cancun. We will be returning to Villa del Palmar!! And booking though ******* for the whole package was a cost savings!!!

The property was safe, clean and friendly. Everything as far as restaurants, pool activities and waiters were amazing and respectful. Now lobby (front desk) and concierge is a different story. Our reservation was done together and our rooms were separated, when we asked about having our rooms together we were told that it wasn't possible, I then called and someone was suppose to get back to me and we checked out before anyone return our call quiet disappointing with amount off money paid for our stay. Will I recommend Villa del Palmar yes if they are willing to deal with incompetent front desk service as once you get passed the registration part everything is a paradise.

Nice property with ocean front . Food and cleanliness were all good. They need to just have equal perks for people who book with ******* vs with them directly.
