Hotels near Meoto Iwa in Ise

Stayed at the standard twin on the 12th floor. From the window of the room, you can see from the large premises of Ise City Station to Uji Yamada Station, and it seems that you are looking at the diorama of the Kintetsu and JR Sangu Lines, so it was a view that I would never get tired of seeing as a railroad lover. The room was clean, the bed was a semi-double size 1 and a single size 1, and it was a size that was fine if you only sleep with 2 people. Each bedside had a 100V outlet, which was good to charge your smartphone while lying on the bed. If you have a USB jack for charging on the bedside, you don't need a charger. The empty refrigerator and kettle pot were convenient for drinking your favorite drinks. From 15:00 to 24:00, regular coffee at the restaurant entrance was all-you-can-drink and it was good to relax in the room. In addition, the large communal bath of the artificial hot spring had a washroom for 6 people and the bathtub was reasonably large, but at 8 pm and 5 am, the users stretched their limbs and feet with about 3 ～ 4 people. You can take a bath, I was tired of visiting Jingu. I think the 1,100 yen buffet breakfast was worth more than the price, with plain omelets cooked in front of you and Ise udon noodles of local gourmet food. I was able to eat plenty of vegetables that tend to be scarce when traveling. I would like to use it again if I have the opportunity.

The exterior of the building seemed new, but when I entered the room, some of the wallpaper was peeling off and it looked old. However, the room was large and clean. There was a supermarket nearby, so it was convenient to buy drinks, desserts, and souvenirs. It was within walking distance to the Geku, so I left the car there and went on foot. I learned that you can have dinner at the restaurant inside, but the menu always includes buckwheat, and since I'm allergic to buckwheat, I looked for a place to eat out. (However, the good places were either not open or full with reservations.) Breakfast had many Japanese-style side dishes, and there was a wide variety, so I was very satisfied. It would have been perfect if there was a large public bath.

CONFORT HOTEL ISE Confort Hotel Ise is a 2-3 minute walk from Iseshi Station on the Uji Yamada Line. From the stylishly designed hotel front desk, the rooms are clean, free breakfast, and a compact hotel with a smile and a very pleasant staff. Is. About 500 meters from Ise Jingu Geku, next to it is a shopping street with retro bars and the Geku approach to sell souvenirs. コンフォートホテル伊勢 宇治山田線伊勢市駅から徒歩2-3分 と、いうか駅前には古びたデパート?飲み屋街、 ホテルが数軒… 地方の駅前と言ったらこの長閑さがよい フロントのおねえさんはとても感じの良い接客 言葉遣いも丁寧で若いのにしっかりしてるわねぇー と感心…(๑•̀ •́)و 室内は清潔感がありアメニティもひと通り揃う 隣りに古びた飲み屋街があって夜中じゅう酔っ払いが 叫べや歌えやのご乱心の様子が聴こえる… ホテル駐車場は宿泊時は常時満車🈵🅿️ 仕方なしにコインパーキングに入れたけど ホテル前の空きスペースに路駐でもイケそうな雰囲気 (あくまでも個人の感想です) 朝食は宿泊費に無料で組み込まれていて簡単な 軽食が付いていましたが想像出来たので食べなかった なんの不自由もないコスパはいいホテルです もう少し贅沢したい旅行者は隣りに良さげなホテルがあり 温泉付きでそちらの方が良さげな感じでした♨️

This hotel is one of the most famous in Toba…and probably was a real gem 40/50 years ago when the Japanese Emperor and even Queen Elizabeth II stayed here…but like Toba itself is probably not what it once was! The hotel is in 2 wings (the Ocean wing and the Harbor wing) At first we booked a Harbor wing room. The room,while offering a view of the water,looks out onto the back of the ferry terminal in the distance.Also it seems that the sightseeing boats sometimes come into this area to turn or park up.From about 7 am you will hear boarding sounds to announce the different ferries leaving….which certainly makes it a more lively experience. We were offered an upgrade (unfortunately not free) to an Ocean View suite for ¥2500 per person…and after seeing the room we jumped at the chance. A huge room (two big beds) with uninterrupted views out to sea.Probably refurbished about 4 or 5 years ago…the bedroom and sitting area were very nice with a telescope for birdwatching if you are interested.Also a Nespresso coffee machine and free water. The bathroom and toilet seemed older and while it was lovely to have a bath in the morning with the sun streaming in and the wind blowing,these rooms could probably do with an upgrade to put them in line with the bedroom/sitting area (don’t look too carefully at the floors…carpets…tatami flooring or the big green bathtub) Package included breakfast. There was good English signage on the different foodstuffs on offer. The Japanese food selection seemed good/the western options a little disappointing (omelettes…cooked to order if you ask/fish and chips/pizza/sausage and grilled bacon) There is no hot spring in this hotel itself.The sister hotel - Shiojitei - a beautiful looking Japanese style ryokan hotel houses the baths.Guests can use the pearl baths by either walking easily from the Harbor view rooms (about 2-3 minutes) or take a shuttle bus from the reception area. The baths were very nice…but if they are the purpose of your stay then stay at Shiojitei as you can wear your yukata and just pop up/down from your room.You have to dress/undress appropriately if you stay in the International and this might be a little too much trouble to go to the baths a number of times! The staff are excellent.Very friendly and welcoming(a few spoke English)Their shuttle services to/from the train station are frequent and they will even do outside of the schedule if you are lucky! Also they take guests to/from Shiojitei at the drop of a hat. All in all.Beautiful views from the Ocean wing suites.If that s what you re looking for worth the upgrade from the Harbor wing rooms. The ocean views are better from the International…whereas for a Japanese feeling hotel with the main focus on the hot-spring baths I would stay at Shiojitei.

Having come to Ise to visit Ise Shrine, while I had to work online, I needed a good internet access and selected this hotel. The building is new and super clean overall. It should have been perfect if the internet access was good, though the location is a bit away from Ise Shrine and the Ise stations. Two reasons why I give just three stars. 1. The most important thing - Internet access! Terrible. Wifi keeps falling, and I need to reset the Wifi on mobile and the laptop. VPN is no way. Zoom didn't work, either. Just pathetic. With the third call with the front desk, I got a router, which never had a Wifi signal and was useless. I ended up bringing out my Rakuten pocket router, and it was able to make my day, whew!  I'm sure the hotel staff would help till I get the comfortable internet access. I tried but lost a patience after having called them three times (I was 7-minute late for my Zoom meeting, being hassled to get connected, that should be a good reason to take one star down, too).2. I wanted to use the big bathtub for a comfort from my long trip, but I got hesitated to pass through the front area and didn't go and use. The hotel allows the guests to wear Yukata and Tanzen to come to the bath, but I didn't want to. I don't get how the guests can be comfortable in Yukata in lobby. Even with my regular clothes, well, I couldn't imagine myself passing through the people at the front desk right after taking the bath... I've never seen a hotel with such a awful bathroom location, so one star down, definitely. お伊勢参りが目的で、でも仕事があるためこのホテルを予約しました。インターネットアクセスがマストなるも、結局使えず、セットアップに悪戦苦闘しただけ。ホテルのロケーションは町から離れており、インターネットアクセスの状態からして、結果として、このビジネスホテルにする必要はなかったです。

Very good, there is a shuttle bus to the train station, remember to ask the front desk in advance for a timetable, the front desk is very warm, there is a dryer washing machine, breakfast buffet should have some, the room is spacious, the fly in the ointment is that the double bed is 1.5 meters, two big and one small to sleep sideways.

Hotel is nice and reasonable, room are renovated and clean. Only draw back is the breakfast which is very limited to 3 kinds of bread , one type of sushi , boiled egg , juice and tea/coffee . Which I think as compared to other hotels is very less . Otherwise it’s nice and clean , car park is just in front but it’s chargeable. You can take tea/coffee form the first floor and it is usually open .

I booked an old-fashioned inn because the regulation of corona pass was relaxed. On an unusual hot day, I gave up outdoor sightseeing (such as a pleasure boat) and arrived early. I left the car and went out to buy souvenirs nearby. If it was not hot, I wanted to walk in the garden from the room. The view of the room on the sea side was great. The meal was a Viking for two meals, but it was devised, not a thing, and it was very delicious and satisfying. The dessert was delicious and small, so I was able to eat a lot of variety. There was a free rental bath other than that and I enjoyed it. The rooms are Japanese rooms, and the oldness is undeniable, but the cleaning was neat and I was able to spend it comfortably. Although it was a long established inn, there was hospitality, and there was hospitality facing the present, and it felt fresh. It was impressive that the staff 々 was very polite.

This hotel is the biggest surprise of our trip to Sane County, no one! The whole hotel is surrounded by mountains and sea, the building is an Italian-style castle, the interior is retro but very bright! The room is with a balcony, facing the sea and trees, to be cured! I booked a package that included two meals and one berth and stayed for two nights. It turned out that the first day dinner was French and six-course, and the next day dinner was kaiseki; we chose Japanese for both breakfasts, because it was too luxurious and they were as rich as dinner. In the evening, I also soaked in hot springs with my daughter ♨️; The hotel's service is very abundant, really wholeheartedly recommended!

The morning porridge set for breakfast was delicious! The view from the window was also nice! The water was good, and the coffee I drank in the room was delicious!
