Excellent welcome from all the very kind staff. The room was large, clean and tastefully decorated, large new bathroom with a fantastic shower. Wow breakfast ... good, plentiful, very nice room.

Structure not far from the center, and 15 minutes from the port. Comfortable and well furnished rooms. Very friendly reception staff ready to give explanations upon our arrival. Well served breakfast, with a vast assortment. Excellent cleaning of the room and common areas. A truly top b & b !! Recommended

The staff is perfectly in line with the structure in fact they are a nice team that every day do their best to be always precise and present. From reception, to breakfasts, to cleaning. Breakfast is served every morning with the request of time to customers to avoid crowding in the room, which is very fair and correct, therefore no sacrifice to show up at the time decided by the customer will be repaid by a sunny lady who prepares what is requested with always smile together with the inevitable, often rare, education. BRAVA.Fresh products, different cakes every day, milk even for the intolerant, coffee, jams, croissants, etc. etc. .. Ho prenotato il 5 agosto, due mesi prima della Data in cui sarei arrivato in struttura chiedendo una camera tripla con l’aggiunta di una culla. Totale 4 persone come da mail che allego. All’arrivo in struttura non troviamo una camera tripla superior come confermato nella mail di risposta dall’hotel, ma ci troviamo una doppia con l’aggiunta di culla e di letto pouf, tutti attaccati al letto matrimoniale, senza spazio per aprire valigie e senza spazio per muoversi all interno della stanza. Alla lamentela fatta in reception ci è stato risposto che erano dispiaciuti ma l’hotel era pieno ( avrebbero Dovuto dirlo due mesi prima della usando abbiamo prenotato) e come soluzione ci hanno detto che era possibile mettere un letto in più nella camera dei nostri amici. Quindi la loro soluzione era quella di far dormire mio figlio con un latra famiglia. Morale della favola per due notti mio figlio ha dormito sul terrazzo come da foto allegate. Per finire, ieri al rientro in camera, il letto sul terrazzo non era stato rifatto dalle donne di servizio e nel bagno vi erano ancora per terra gli asciugamani del giorno prima, sporchi. La culla della bambina rotta, abbiamo chiesto due giorni di aggiustarla, nulla. Chiederò rimborso soggiorno più richiesta danni tramite avvocato.
