the hotel provided free airport shuttle service, which is good for me, and they picked me up in ＜20 mins after i called them. room is clean, although the facilities are old.

Standard American 4 star hotel service. The breakfast is simple. There are many restaurants around a 10-minute walk, which is very convenient.

Great location to Six-Flags over Texas, the Dallas Cowboys and Texas Rangers ball fields. I had a corner room on the 3rd floor. A marvelous location in a guest friendly Hotel. The atrium is breathtaking. Road construction can be a hassle if you let it. I navigated it with little to no problems during my 2 week stay. Staff met my every need. I had breakfast one time in the restaurant, the server was awesome the food was mediocre. They do have a breakfast buffet on the weekends which is idea on home game weekends. If you stay during a cowboys home game, you will notice. I had to ask security to quiet the room next-door at 1:30 AM, they did and the noise went away within 20 minutes, thank you. House keepers work their tales off. My room was always serviced with towels & washcloths with my trash emptied and bed made. My key card was disabled frequently because I am to silly to keep it away from my cell phone, but, they always rekeyed it with a smile. The parking is plentiful and the area is safe. All good except you need to call ahead to front desk if you want a shuttle from DFW to the property. Property to DFW no issues.

I booked for 8 days. The facilities are average and look very old. The most important thing is that the air conditioner is very loud, too noisy to sleep. I looked at the computer room behind the window, which was very noisy! After I took a shower, I caught a cold every time I came out. It was strange, even if I turned off the air conditioner, I still had a stuffy nose and sneezing.

I booked a room through Expedia. Checked in around 5:30 pm and left to get dinner and groceries with my family. We got back to the hotel around 10 pm and went to the room. There were bugs crawling all over the a/c unit and all around the bath tub. My wife and kid refused to spend the night so I returned the room and booked at Fairfield down the street. The receptionist at motel 6 said he could not process a refund because we were already 20 minutes past check in and told me to call Expedia to have them handle the refund request. Expedia tells me they have to get a hotel manager to approve a refund and have not been able to get ahold of a manager at that location. I decided to call Motel 6 to speak to a manager and every time I get a response, ”the manager has not shown up for the day yet” or ”the manager has just left”.

Our stay was good. The only problem we had was getting the shuttle - the person who answered the phone to assistance was not helpful. The shuttle took 45 minutes to arrive. After we got to the hotel, everything went smoothly except that they charged us the full rate a second time. I am working with trip.com now to resolve the matter. The hotel itself was very clean and comfortable. Photo of the shop attached to help others find what they are looking for.

After a long road trip, we arrived late and were very impressed with the hotel. Great location, loved the in room amenities. Perfect spot for families with attractions all around!

DJ is the epitome of class and professionalism. He provided me with excellent hospitality service, this hotel is lovely and clean. Loved my room and overall experience. Thank you DJ and thank you Sheraton!
