outstanding service. Staff genuinely caring. Helpful and friendly. Great location close to the airport (they offer a free shuttle) and to various restaurants as well as shopping places. Even a Walmart is across the road. Surprisingly quiet (good noise insulation) and in the room I had on the 4th floor the air-conditioning was very quiet too. Large rooms with comfy beds. Nice bathroom. Renovated. Great price. Served breakfast due to COVID. Usual choices. Nice staff. Definitely highly recommended. I will be back. Exceptional value.

The Best Western was a great place to stay for a long layover in Dallas. It is an older hotel but clean, had a shuttle service and a free breakfast. It is also within walking distance of a Walmart and several other shops and restaurants.
