First the negatives. 1.) The security latch had been removed and needs to be replaced in the room where we stayed, which caused us to be a bit nervous about easy intruder entry while we slept. Not to mention, the deadbolt was barely able to be used for security. At least it was something. 2.) Our TV turned on and off all by itself. Perhaps the television set was possessed, but perhaps the remote control from another room was controlling ours as well. Either way, it was a pretty annoying. Although, I am happy to report that we were able to sleep well because the TV stayed off all night long, thankfully. Now, the positives. The room was clean, the staff were friendly and kind, the parking lot is massive and can be easily seen from the rooms. The location was super convenient for travel, just off the highway and right across the street from two gas stations and convenience stores. Definitely a good stay overall and would recommend to travelers.

The hotel was clean and in a great location for the reason I was in Birmingham. It was near to the event that I was attending. The sink in my room had a stopper that prevented the water from escaping when I did not want it to collect in the sink during activities such as brushing my teeth and washing my face. The water was also cold and took an excessively long time to heat up even a little bit. It was not even lukewarm. Therefore, I checked out and was unable to shower. My son actually took a cold shower on a cold day, one of the coldest that we have had in Alabama in a while. I was also awakened by an emergency message and alarm to vacate the building due to an emergency only to learn later that it was a test. I learned this when the fire truck arrived and I heard an employee apologizing for not calling them to let them know that it was only a test. I only stayed overnight so there was no other opportunity for me to get a better impression. The only reason that I did not give a lower rating for the facilities is because once I reported the issue with the shower and sink, they sent a handy man to the room to make the repairs, but my son was already taking a cold shower at the time since we were scheduled to get back home to meet previously scheduled obligations. The staff person who was checking me out said that she couldn't do anything for me because I booked through a third party. However, she did state that she would refund the money that I paid for parking.

I stayed here again for the however many time. Too many to forget. Still no issues and I enjoyed the hot tub this evening which is nice. The pool is right next to it so I just went back and forth between the two of them enjoying the experience of going in and out until I was finished.. I finished out in the hot tub because it was so hot.. I actually wanted a round two but the first one was so explosive it satisfied my needs. Great place to release some stress.

I went there on for business &also with family &it was very nice. They are Very Nice &Clean! Great Hospitality from the front desk &staff. They were very courteous and polite. I know where to go when I want to do things with my family away from home even though I stay in Birmingham.

I had a great experience with this hotel. I had an unexpected house fire that afternoon and they took very good care of me and my time of need. I would highly recommend to anyone

My friend had a birthday at this hotel. The room is large and has a separate living room and bedroom. It is quite good. I will stay in the next opportunity and it is worth recommending to everyone.

Passing by Birmingham, a very good hotel. Free parking, breakfast included, you can make your own muffins. The staff is warm and the environment is beautiful, it is recommended to stay. There is a delicious Vietnamese rice noodles in the market not far from the hotel, which is very suitable for Chinese stomach.
