Old. Only Malay channel TV. But is very convenient. Surrounded by all food.

Location is bad. Room condition was horrible. The malay lady whom was wearing tudong is arragont and rude. The hotel dont allow request for additional towel. The hotel room aircon was constantly leaking leaving a puddle on the floor. Disgusting. Never recommending this hotel to anyone

The room had a foul smell. . Uncomfortable. . The sound insulation of the room is poor. The room is not big. The location is good. There are restaurants and bars nearby. There is a parking space in front for convenience. I hope it can be improved.

We came for a business trip. And according to the hotel management, due to the heavy rain, the heater got damaged and there was no hot water in the shower for 2 days in the 3 nights we stayed. Hot shower is very important in any stay in hotel. More so when you are on a business trip as you need to look & feel good. I just jokingly asked the front counter Malay lady if this case is there a discount ? She didn't even reply or look at me. So now I know there are better hotels nearby like the MH or 1969 Business Suite to stay for my next trip.
