I came to Iola for a work conference. I called the hotel prior to arrival and was given a rate of $78 for one night. When I arrived to check-in, my credit card was charged $149. When I called to make reservations, I wasn't given a reservation number or name of the staff member, so I didn't have anything to reference. The front desk refused to adjust the rate and insisted I was getting a good deal and they were doing me a favor to get me such a nice room at short notice and throwing in breakfast for free (which I said I didn't want or need). They wouldn't adjust the charge and told me my room was very special and very nice. It was neither. It smelled horribly like smoke, didn't have a security latch on the door, and the TV didn't work. I would not recommend this hotel and will not stay there for business again.

It’s a best motel ,if I have to explain in simple words ,it’s a worth of money nd good decision to check in last min ,when we running out of choices ,everything is perfect from polite staff to very well equipped room ,staff is very polite nd always ready to attend call nicley ,and important theing is they maintain very good hygiene standard ,I will like to check in again ,if I am passing from here again ,kudos to the team 😇👍🏼

Trash rooms for an outrageous price I would rather sleep in my truck then this roach motel again rooms where dirty and appliances weren’t plugged in probably because they can’t afford there electricity

Staff did not honor reservation made earlier in the day. They charged over double what the reservation was for. They were rude and full of excuses. The next morning at check out they even said they had the reservation but they wouldn't honor it or offer a refund!
